All team members were very responsive over email to any of our questions along the way, and we held two planning meetings ahead of the wedding where we coordinated day-of logistics. Phil and the team were excellent on the wedding day! They were communicative and willing to step in where needed to make sure that the day was effortless. They also took our loose decor instructions and made the ceremony space, cocktail hour, and reception look beautiful. Having accommodations, catering, and the bar service all in one place was incredibly convenient. The staff was exceptional. Everyone was attentive, proactive, and genuinely kind. Mazie, our venue lead, organized a wonderful menu tasting, checked in throughout the big day, and during cocktail hour the service team made sure we got to taste everything as the guests of honor – such a thoughtful touch! The team was also wonderfully collaborative with our vendors, making planning seamless. The food and service were outstanding, and our guests are still raving about the celebration. One of the best things about Walker's is that they provide an in-house wedding coordinator, so we didn't need to hire a separate planner. Our coordinator, Tammy, was INCREDIBLE -- she knows the industry inside and out and made our wedding day completely seamless and stress-free.
