“Sarah was a clear standout from all the planners we met. My initial impression of her was that she was warm, kind, and professional. She didn’t expect us to have every detail figured out and was incredibly welcoming from our very first conversation. We hired Sarah as a full-time planner, and she was always available to text, email, or chat about anything and everything. I still wanted some independence when it came to design choices, and she was very respectful of that. She is extremely organized and always came prepared—asking the best questions during vendor meetings. She also served as the main point of contact for all our vendors, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Since we’re currently out of state but wanted our wedding in Massachusetts, Sarah went above and beyond for us. She visited all the venues we were interested in and sent us videos so we could make informed decisions from afar. I met Sarah in person for the first time on our wedding day, and immediately noticed how sweet and endearing she truly is. She exudes grace and came fully prepared with everything we could possibly need. Even though she had never worked with our venue before and the weather was unpredictable, she remained calm and composed throughout. Since we didn’t do a rehearsal, the bridal party and I felt a bit lost—like herding blind sheep! But Sarah handled it like a pro. She was always exactly where we needed her to be. Her team member Nicole was also incredible—my dress straps broke from dancing, and Nicole stitched them back good as new. I truly could not have done this without Sarah. The lead crew member on site as our wedding, Julie, was incredible, scanning the crowd for me to bring by husband and I snacks directly amidst formal photos and mingling. The tasting was well thought out and professional. The menu selections are vast and customizable to your needs, while also being reasonably priced. The option to have our menu cooked to order on charcoal grills right beside our tent in live-action was superior; there were no soggy reheated trays of food, the meat timings were perfect, no limitations due to not having cooking equipment as with some catering. Our guests are still raving over the food, and I think about placing a smaller-scale order at least once a month! Many couples say they didn't get to eat their dinner as they were too busy - we MADE SURE we ate our whole plates full. Just thinking back on our prime rib, mac and cheese, bacon-wrapped scallops - I'm starving for more! If you want a catering company that doesn't blow smoke, feels like an extension of your wedding immediately upon meeting, is mindful of allergies and ingredients, with enthusiasm and pride in their team, don't shop around, just do it!”

We started working with T&T a year out and they guided us each step of the way. “We had our wedding at Saphire Estate in Sharon, MA, and it was everything we hoped for and more. We chose the venue because it gave us that dreamy garden-meets-New England charm that we really missed living in Florida, plus it’s right across from a beautiful lake that made for stunning scenery. From day one, the process with Saphire Event Group was seamless. Their team was responsive, organized, and so accommodating—especially with us planning everything from out of state. We couldn’t attend any in-person meetings aside from our initial visit, and they didn’t skip a beat. My parents even went to our food tasting in our place (bless them), and SEG made it all work without a hitch. We were lucky enough to be paired with Anne, our day-of coordinator and actual angel on Earth. From the very beginning, she felt like a friend—sweet, funny, genuine, and totally on my wavelength. I came into this with messy notes and scattered thoughts, and every time I talked to Anne, she brought clarity and calm. She completely understood the vision, printed and carried around my 3-page Google Doc (LOL), and made sure not a single detail was missed. Even when we made the big decision to change our ceremony location a few months before the wedding, she took it in stride and helped everything fall into place. “We had the most magical day of our lives getting married at the Hampshire House in early May this year. Right from the get go, Hampshire House checked all our boxes when it came to what we were looking for in a wedding venue. It has that old New England charm, is located right next to the beautiful Public Gardens and is the perfect size for an intimate, small to medium sized wedding (we had 60-70 guests in attendance). Most of all, the food here is beyond exceptional and some of the best we’ve had. We are major foodies, and having food that was well-plated, generously portioned, and above all delicious and memorable was a high priority item for us. We were lucky enough to be able to work with Sydney Turnbull and the Hampshire house team. Sydney is the most kind, professional, and detail-oriented catering sales manager and event coordinator and thanks to her, all our venue planning with Hampshire House was truly smooth sailing and stress-free. Sydney constantly kept us in the loop with next steps in our planning timeline, offering thoughtful recommendations and suggestions for our wedding (such as floral placements during our ceremony, order and timing of toasts/speeches, seating arrangements, the list goes on!) She kept in contact with all our vendors, always promptly responded to our many emails, walked us through all the steps during our ceremony rehearsal —somehow making it seem much less daunting, and on our big day Sydney seemed to always be one step ahead, preparing and leading us through every portion of our wedding timeline in such a seamless way. Lastly, since our wedding ended late into the evening, Hampshire House thoughtfully held on to and organized all our florals, and various wedding signage and other items so that we were able to return and pick it up at the venue on a following day. This made it so we didn’t have to worry about anything at all night of and could end our wedding day with the peace of mind that everything was taken care of. Truly, we cannot recommend Sydney and the Hampshire House enough and if we were to do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a thing!”

“Words cannot begin to express our gratitude for this team and their dedication, professionalism, and craftsmanship. They truly delivered the wedding film of our dreams. From start to finish, they were responsive and really cared to understand our vision and what were looking for. No vendor has ever maintained such consistent communication and the woman we spoke to at the start answered all my questions and really made me feel confident in choosing them. Our prep call with videographer, Patrick, was so professional and thorough. He went moment by moment asking what we wanted captured at every stage of our wedding day. He was so meticulous and detail-oriented. He was legitimately writing every single thing done and asking specific questions to make sure he didn’t miss anything. And on the day, he and the other videographers were on time, friendly, knew when and how to capture the perfect shots, all while not making it awkward or being too intrusive. We had very special items and details we wanted captured. They didn’t miss a single thing. From a special rosary to my father-bride reveal to adorable moments of our flower girl, every single thing we hoped would be remembered, it was there on film. Oh not to mention, they are one of the few business I could find that didn’t *just* deliver a 3-5 minute trailer, but also a much longer video of your whole day. And yay for gorgeous drone footage! I grew up watching these types of wedding videos as a little girl, hoping one day I might have one of my own. EZ Production really made my dream come true.”

“Where do I even begin?! Lindsey came highly recommended from a friend in the industry and honestly was such a support from the start of wedding planning. She provided vendor recommendations, talked through various ideas, and was so excited to help our vision come to life. Also, Lindsey provides so many helpful organizational tools that really helped us feel more prepared for the wedding day. On the day of, Lindsey and Jullian made everything feel effortless and went above and beyond. Family photos went so quickly because they were so organized and they made sure to get photos of all the details we were so proud of. When people talk about our wedding, one of the first things they mention is the photographers. The groomsmen will regularly talk about how Jullian saved the day with wardrobe mishaps; he also saved me from my wardrobe issues too! When my bridal jewelry was overwhelmingly tangled, all it took was handing the necklace to Jullian and it was taken care of. Once we all started dancing, Lindsey was on the dance floor, dancing with us and jumping up in the air to catch the perfect action shots. Honestly, having Lindsey and Jullian at the wedding felt like having two guests that also happened to be wedding planners, photographers, and the life of the party all rolled into one. I had more than a few guests at the end asking how I found such a cool duo and honestly I think it’s all pure luck.”
