Blenheim Hill Farm is a heavenly wedding destination in the Catskills Mountains. Our capacity is from 70-200 guests. We grow the food and cook it for you in ​our ​own kitchen. You don't have to worry about outside catering, rentals, or even a planner. Our in-house team helps you every step of the way, and everything is included. Our historic farmhouses ​ ​are gorgeously appointed sanctuaries for you and your family, sleeping up to 40 guests. This 400 acre estate on the Hudson River on Lenni Lenape ancestral land, with its gently rolling hills, expansive view of the Catskills, and extraordinary sunsets, is in the heart of the Hudson Valley and only 90 minutes north of New York City. Rokeby is a designated Historic Landmark, still privately owned by the descendants of Alida Livington, for whom the house was built in 1815.

Vanderbilt Lakeside offers thoughtfully curated stays and events in a welcoming gathering space, with custom in-house food and bar packages. Charming, versatile, and ideal for group getaways, retreats, and celebrations of all sizes—from intimate dinner parties, to large scale gatherings and bespoke weddings. ​ The space itself is a newly redesigned, large (6000 SF) house. It was originally built in the 1800s. Constructed soon after the Great Fire of 1902, The United Bank Building was built to house two banks whose previous buildings had been destroyed, New Milford Savings Bank and the New Milford First National Bank. The two banks immediately organized to rebuild, quickly agreeing in principal to build a joint facility on the site of the New England House, a locally well known tavern and inn located at the corner of Bank and Main Street. For most of its life, the building had been used in some form of a bank, but had been largely under-used in recent decades, and had fallen into disrepair. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 and taken over by Village Green Investments in 2015. After 9 months of renovations, the building became 19Main. Throughout renovations, we strived for modern amenities with historic elegance; three vaults remain from the building’s former bank days.

The 4200-square-foot Mod House is an architectural gem built in 1959 by a follower of the renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright. The open-plan layout and floor-to-ceiling windows connect the spacious interior to the natural world outside. You can tie the knot on the lawn with a lush forested backdrop. After the ceremony, revel with your guests in Love, Velma, an underground speakeasy and dance club within the venue. The speakeasy comes fully equipped with a bar, projector, stage, and lights.
