I'm obsessed with Charlene! She was a dream to work with. She brought such professionalism to our hectic event. We were planning a wedding at a personal property, meaning we had to supply every single vendor and she handled everything amazingly. She wrangled the vendors prior to the day of and she helped me keep my cool during the stress of the morning. You can tell she's a pro at this! There were times I felt a little underwater in terms of managing an event I had no experience with, and her demeanor was so calming and she handled any last minute things. She also helped with some post-wedding issues even though she could have wiped her hands and been done with the event day of. I've already told multiple people in her area to book her immediately.

Working with Enchanted Events was hands down one of the best decisions that we made during our wedding planning process. We wanted our wedding to be small and simple, and initially thought we might be able to handle it without help. However, as we continued planning and more and more details came up, we decided that at the very least we needed a day-of coordinator. Enter Jordan and the entire Enchanted Events crew - TRUE ANGELS!! From our first conversation with Jordan, we knew we had the right team on our side. What Enchanted Events offers is really so much more than day-of coordination services. As soon as we booked with them, they were available to help us with any questions that we had. They told us that we could CC them on emails with vendors or give them a call if we needed an opinion. We can’t explain what a relief it was to have experts on our side once we booked with Enchanted! They are so well connected in the industry, so organized, and so kind and calming as well. Kristen and Tori were our day-of coordinators and WE CANNOT GIVE THEM ENOUGH PRAISE! Leading up to the wedding, they asked all the right questions to make sure that the big day flowed seamlessly. The part of the wedding that we were most nervous about was “flipping the room” - essentially turning it from a ceremony space into a full dinner/dance floor/event space in under an hour. A few guests looked at the room and said there was no way it could happen that fast. Kristen and Tori delivered in ways that left every guest stunned… the room flip was flawlessly executed and looked absolutely stunning with their guidance and expertise! This was just one of dozens of examples of their impact - from Tori joining us to take photos off site and ensure that we stayed on track with our timeline, to Kristen keeping us calm and present as we prepared to walk down the aisle. Once the day was over, we kept talking about how absolutely NOTHING went wrong on our wedding day. We can’t believe how perfect the day was, and Enchanted Events had a massive impact in making that happen. We cannot recommend working with them enough!!

In the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, she flawlessly orchestrated every aspect, from finalizing vendor contracts to creating a comprehensive timeline. I was very much a DIY bride in all aspects of design, vendor sourcing, stationary, tablescapes, and details. Leading up to the wedding, she was a fantastic sounding board and stragetic partner. She reviewed contracts to ensure the scope was covered and also reviewed and provided feedback on our overall budget allocations. During the event, she made the process smooth and enjoyable from working with my sister to bustle my dress, to relighting candles that had blown out, coordinating with the venue and vendors, to boxing and hand delivering our cake to the hotel…no detail was too small for Garbriella to think about. Garbriella was integral in making all of my DIY ideas and designs come to life. She meticulously set up all of our centerpieces and accents. After the wedding, Garbriella carefully packed up all of our items for us to bring home. Beckerman House of Planning not only executed the logistics seamlessly but also went above and beyond, offering thoughtful suggestions along the way that enhanced the overall experience and demonstrating a commitment that truly exceeded our expectations. KNE is a destination wedding planning and design company specializing in stepping outside of the "comfort zone." We believe life gets boring doing the same old thing (and going to the same old places).

How can I even put into words how absolutely incredible Kay and her team are?! My wife and I booked a power planning session with Kay in December 2020, shortly after getting engaged. From just that two hour meeting, we learned more about our budget, priorities, and expectations than we had from years of dreaming of our wedding. Kay was so confident and generous in her knowledge, we clicked immediately and as soon as the call ended, we looked and each other and said: "We HAVE to hire her to plan our wedding." As soon we officially booked with Kay, we jumped into regular meetings, endless email advice, vendor recommendations- the works! She also took over all communication and confirmations the month of our wedding which was an absolute lifesaver. Planning our wedding alongside Kay are memories we will cherish always. She is as kind and easy to work alongside as she is professional and precise. Her attention to detail and dedication to our wedding vision remained steadfast throughout the 15 months of planning. She answered every question, solved every problem, and anticipated every need with what seemed like effortless ease. As for the wedding day, her and her team were invaluable assets. My wife and I did not have to worry about a SINGLE detail all day, because we knew KNE had it all covered. She wore about a million hats that day, from designer to therapist to organizer to dress steamer to I'm sure a million other things we weren't privy to because keeping our energy light and happy was her biggest priority. I could go on forever. My biggest message that I hope is taken away from this review is that wedding planners are not only for the "rich and famous" as the media likes to make it seem. Wedding planners, specifically KNE is an unbelievable investment in your time, happiness, mental load, and more. Hiring KNE was the smartest decision we made and at least twice a week we found ourselves saying, "God, what would we do without Kay?!"

My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!

If you are looking for someone with a "don't worry, I got this" approach and who delivers, BOOK LIV! Even if you think you have everything accounted for, you don't, but Liv does! Liv truly stepped up for the ceremony to make sure all of our requests happened, even with changes happening the day before. The reception was perfect and Liv made sure our vision became a reality. I brought a lot of extra decor so I'm sure it was not easy to set everything up, but Liv made it happen! I was able to enjoy the day and not fret about details. From venue changes to outfit changes to specifically timed songs to props - everything was coordinated perfectly. We cannot thank Liv enough for our wedding weekend :)

I can’t count the number of times during and after our wedding I said, “hiring Christina is the best money we spent on the wedding!” I am not a planner by nature and I was dreading wedding planning. The second we hired Christina, I felt like a huge weight had been lifted. She took care of all the tiny details, gave me ideas I never would have thought of, and brought our vision to life. She was so supportive throughout the whole process, answering texts and emails about absolutely everything. On the actual wedding day, I often thought that I didn’t know what we would have done without her. While our venue had a coordinator, they were not nearly as responsive and organized as Christina was. Christina will not only plan your wedding but she will be your friend throughout the whole wedding planning process. I can’t recommend her enough.

HIRE CASSIE!!! There are so many reasons to hire Cassie, including that she is absolutely a lovely human being, but it really boils down to she will make your whole wedding better, both from your perspective and your guests’. We were definitely that overly anxious couple who thought about eloping at every other decision. Cassie greatly reduced the stress on our plates by doing all the research so we could actually enjoy making the decisions and envisioning our day. Anything we didn’t absolutely love, Cassie would come back to us with new options, helping to fine tune the vision so the day perfectly fit us. When we were worried we were behind schedule or over budget, Cassie and her phenomenal organizational skills always helped reassure us of the timeline and that we were in fact coming in under budget for our wedding. And she did all of this while we lived in California, planning our Massachusetts wedding. At one point during the process, my partner,Cassie, and I were in three different states, but she always found the time to meet and made sure she was always available for us. The day of the wedding, we got so much feedback from our parents and the bridal party that they have never seen a wedding run so smoothly. Even the hairstylist noted she had never seen a bridal party so relaxed and on schedule. At our wedding, with Cassie handling all the day-of coordination, we were able to simply be guests of honor and enjoy the evening. Our wedding ended up being beyond our wildest dreams and it is really all thanks to Cassie.

Working with Anna at Hunt Creative Events was an absolute dream from start to finish. I interviewed multiple planners but after our call I knew that she was the one to help bring our dream wedding weekend to life. She planned multiple events for our wedding weekend and executed every single one flawlessly. Each design she created perfectly reflected our vision—from the color palettes and linens to the smallest details, everything felt cohesive, elegant, and personal. What really stood out was how well Anna knows her vendors! Her relationships and expertise made every decision smoother, and she guided us toward choices that were both beautiful and practical.
