Since 1994 we've been a family-owned business. My parents owned and operated a uniform and linen factory that is still in operation today. In 2001, they opened a linen rental business in downtown Chamblee that serviced the most prestigious clients in the Atlanta area. From Turner Field to Bacchanalia we learned the ins and outs of being hospitable to the hospitality industry. In 2016, we sold the business, and in 2017 we renamed the space to Factory Atlanta. We want to work with people who have a vision for their project, their big day, or their milestone event.

Ivy Hall overlooks beautiful Vickery Creek and a lovely covered bridge. Our deck is perfect for outdoor ceremonies and cocktail hours, complete with outdoor furniture and lite trees. Ivy Hall has two rooms-The Vickery Room and the Brookside Room which allows for lots of flexibility. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide stunning views and the wooden beams and antique wood floors creative a warm and unique ambience. The wonderful food and beverage is made on-site by our in-house company, Events Catering. We offer a variety of food options and will help you create the perfect menu. We provide you with an Account Manager to help with all the details, from timelines to arranging florists, music, bakers and more. If we are doing the ceremony, we provide a Ceremony Coordinator too! Roswell Mill is full of history and is the perfect place for you to begin to make history of your own!

The Roswell Mill Club is an upscale, sophisticated venue that is perfect for the most important celebrations. The site features crystal chandeliers, champagne and white linens, elegant gold chiavari chairs, and a covered, private deck that overlooks the river. The ballroom has a stunning antique bar, and is decorated with a mix of modern and traditional fixtures. This 120-year-old restored mill is completed with hardwood floors, ten-foot-high windows, and a stunning view. The wonderful food and beverage is provided by our own in-house company, Events Catering. We offer a range of food options and are happy to create a menu just for you! Our venue was originally built in 1942, and used as munitions storage during World War 2. After that, it was repurposed for different industrial uses until the 1990s, when we moved in and set up our antique shop. Thirty years later, the area has changed incredibly and we no longer work in antiques!
