We got married at RCC on April 5th. This was an amazing venue. They renovated the building from top to bottom and did a lot of outside landscaping. We had our rehearsal dinner at Jacks on the Green in a private room, the food was great and the service was on point. We had our Wedding ceremony inside and it turned out perfect. The dance floor is very big and our guests loved the outside patios. There’s so many great areas here for pictures. Dan, Kayla, and Brianna were great to work with. They’re very professional and quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have. We highly recommend you checking out this venue.

This was literally a dream! Firstly, the owner truly was so kind to us from the beginning and super responsive! They truly went above and beyond and I noticed extra decor at the wedding including on our sweetheart table (I didn’t know a sweet heart table could make me feel like a literal queen), which was really sweet and perfect! Grayson was so accommodating and the last minute added roses for my memorial chair was really special! My bridesmaids also loved Jenny and Maddy was phenomenal! Most importantly EVERYONE loved Grace (our event planner)! Even with the rain she made me feel calm and that everything was going to be perfect and it was! She fit right in with our crew and by the end of it felt like part of the family. She ensured everything went smoothly and it did, even with all the weddings she had that weekend. Everything was super organized! My guests LOVED the food, I mean they were truly raving about all the appetizers, the main course etc, everything was delicious-Mike and I didn’t eat until we got back to our suite because we were having a blast out on the dance floor! Premium Entertainment was a great recommendation, we loved them! Everyone texted us and said how much fun they had, that it was the best food they had and that it was the most fun they had at a wedding, ever! I had one guest tell me it was the safest wedding they ever went too, assuming because we had transportation as well-we went with Palmeri Transportation. The bartenders knew all of the guests drinks every time they went up there. Also, someone customized me a raspberry lemonade vodka, it was the most delicious drink I’ve ever had! The cooks, wait staff etc., truly they have the best all around! The bridal studio made us all look fabulous. I would recommend them to everybody! Lastly, Happy hour got us in for our rehearsal late lunch/early dinner last minute so thank you to Grace for recommending them! They were also amazing! We appreciate them more than you know! Our photographer Chris Gocklin Photography got some really great photos of us even in the rain! Below is just a sneak peak of them that he gave us right away! From our little family, Hanna, Mike and Brooks Ridgecrest 10/11/25

My fiancé and I were looking for a rustic wedding venue, not a ballroom, preferably a venue with space to be outside (weather permitting). We visited a few options in the Philly area and fell in love with the John James Audubon Center! The space offers SO many options for an outdoor or indoor ceremony. They host receptions in the pavilion which is open with huge windows and firepits outside! The site is beautiful, and everyone we’ve worked with has been immensely helpful! After officially booking for our October 2024 wedding, we planned to visit with our parents. What was originally intended to be a quick stroll around the grounds turned into an impromptu tour with the venue manage. She answered all of our parents' questions and even brought out photo books of previous weddings for us to flip through together. With the wedding right around the corner now, we could not be more thrilled with our decision and can't wait to be there next month to celebrate our big day!

We are so grateful to the entire team at Melhorn Manor for making our wedding day happen!! It's hard to even know where to begin - from start to finish, every detail of the day was magical thanks to the team's hard work and expertise. When my fiancé and I started the wedding planning process, we toured plenty of venues, but we knew right away that Melhorn Manor was different in the best way. We were used to being rushed through other venue tours, dismissed because our wedding wasn't big enough, and generally being made to feel more like dollar signs than excited newlyweds-to-be. But our experience at Melhorn Manor couldn't have been further from this - we met Allory for the tour, and before we took a step through the property, he took the time to introduce himself and the Melhorn family and to share the lovely story of how Melhorn Manor came about. We didn't feel rushed or pressured like we had at other venues, and Allory really took the time to understand our vision for our big day and help us imagine it around the property. We left that day glowing and feeling sure that "this is the one!" And how right we were!! We really can't say enough positive things about our wedding day. Getting ready in the amazing bridal suite and Groom's room was such a fun and special way to kick off the day. As the ceremony approached, it was so clear that the team was all working so hard to make sure all the decor was set up, every detail was thought through, and every moment went off without a hitch. What a special and humbling feeling it is to have so many people invested in making your special day as magical and memorable as you've always hoped it would be - it's impossible to express the depth of our gratitude. Our wedding day was quite a rainy one, but the Melhorn team had a plan for everything. Melhorn Manor had the most robust rain plan of any venue we toured: some venues' plans had felt more like an afterthought, while Melhorn offers an entirely separate building that can be used for the ceremony in inclement weather. It was such a huge relief to feel like we didn't have to worry about adjusting every detail on the fly, and to go into our rainy wedding day knowing that, regardless of the weather, it would be just as beautiful and special as we always imagined. We had and continue to have SO many of our guests, both on the wedding night and afterwards, tell us that this was the best wedding they have ever been to. So many glowing comments about the beautiful venue, the fun had on the dance floor, the amazing and kind staff, and all of the countless details that go into making the day memorable. We couldn't agree more that Melhorn Manor was the perfect backdrop for our special day, and we have the incredible team to thank for all the hard work, attention to detail, and love that went into making this the wedding of our dreams. We, and our families and loved ones, will truly cherish the memory of this day for a lifetime. We are so grateful to have had the absolute joy of working with Allory, Jess, and the entire Melhorn Manor team. They were enthusiastic, thoughtful, kind, and so organized at every step of the way. We can't imagine what our special day would have looked like anywhere other than Melhorn Manor - what an amazing place that will hold a special place in our hearts forever. We simply can't thank the entire staff enough!!

CCC has been so easy to work with and we couldn’t be more excited to have CCC host our wedding in January 2021! Natasha the Events & Dining Director has always kept open (And fast!) communication and has a real understanding of the experience we hope for! Chef didn’t wince once we submitted a request for a special 5 course wine dinner for our reception. He took our ideas and truly made our tasting experience at the club wonderful. I know our family and friends will be over the moon when they see how the club will pull everything together.

I only have great things to say about Applecross! -Dave was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and focused on making the day unique and special for the couple -He has EXTENSIVE experience in the wedding industry, and every single detail of Applecross was well thought out and serves a purpose -The week of the wedding, Dave made us feel at ease and was available for any and every question we had -The venue itself is BEAUTIFUL! The in and outside gave us various locations for beautiful photos -The inside has an incredible light and music system which made the dance floor tons of fun! -There is a large deck on the front of the ballroom which was great for outdoor photos (it rained before our ceremony) -The bridal suite was available for us to get ready in, had a mini fridge, TV, sink, large mirrors and natural light. My husband used the grooms suite which was also perfectly suited. -Dave helped the rehearsal and wedding day to run super smoothly, and I didn't have to worry about a thing the day of! Overall, we had an excellent experience w/ Dave and Applecross and I highly recommend them for your wedding!

The Manor House at Springton Manor Farm was absolutely a wonderful venue that I would recommend to anyone. Not only are the views breathtaking and the manor house is gorgeous, but the tent and ceremony spaces are perfect. You can really make it any way that you want and the venue is so aesthetically pleasing that you really don’t need too much decor to make your day look beautiful. Throughout the whole event, our guests couldn’t stop saying how nice the venue was and how beautiful everything looked. On top of this, we never had a hard time communicating with those who manage the property (Queen of Hearts Catering) and they always ensured that we were happy with the plan and how our day went. We worked with Kelly Tobin and we couldn’t thank her enough for how perfect our day was. There was so much flexibility and you could add features as you pleased to fit your vision. Finally (and arguably what I was most worried about) was the food that QOH provided. We got a Casual and Fun package which did not come with a tasting and it simply didn’t disappoint. The food was a great quality and there was plenty of it. Our guests also loved the cocktail hour and dinner and especially couldn’t stop talking about the mac n cheese bar! Overall, this venue was the real deal. My husband and I feel like we couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate with our friends and family.

We held my daughter's wedding at Whitford Country Club 10/14/23 and could not have been happier with the event. Our wedding coordinator Dawn was amazing. Throughout the planning process she was accommodating and flexible with meetings and tastings, working around our schedule as my daughter was living out of town. Her attention to detail was meticulous, incorporating our input at every step along the way. We received many compliments from our guests about the food, which was plentiful and delicious. In addition, we had to switch from the planned outdoor ceremony to indoors on 2 days notice based on a rainy forecast, and the transition was seamless with a beautiful set up for the ceremony, thanks to Dawn and her staff's very hard work being the scenes. The evening was everything we all had hoped for and I would highly recommend this venue.

It's refreshing to see people who actually care for their clients, and put effort into making each event special. I'm thankful that I'll be creating amazing celebrations with them in the future!

Winter celebrations often include cozy fire pit areas and indoor spaces with floor-to-ceiling windows that preserve those mountain views while keeping everyone comfortable. Spring venues showcase flowering dogwoods and redbud trees that add natural beauty without extra decor costs. Summer weddings typically utilize cooling stations and covered outdoor areas to help everyone stay comfortable during Pennsylvania's humid July afternoons. The season really shapes your experience.

What Should You Ask When Touring Pennsylvania Wedding Venues?

Ask about sound ordinance restrictions especially in historic districts where noise limitations might affect your party timeline. Find out if venues allow outside catering for cultural food requirements you might have. Check whether spaces have dedicated power supplies for entertainment equipment to avoid day-of surprises. Inquire about separate areas for cocktail hours during room transitions so guests aren't left waiting awkwardly. Also confirm whether venue staff assists with setup and breakdown of your personal decorations as policies vary widely between properties.
