We specialize in little pies and customized central pies. We have been named one of the top pie shops in the country by Forbes, MSN, Thrillist and Fodor's Travel.

I Like Pie provided part of our wedding dessert, and honestly we could not be happier. We loved this as a cake alternative, and there were so few mini pies left by the end of the night because everyone loved them so much! Also it was super easy to pick up the pies with their new location in Pasadena, really close to our venue. I look forward to having a little taste of our wedding anytime by going into their shop.

The Woman's Club of Claremont was the perfect venue for a summer birthday party we recently celebrated. The garden, with it's hydrangeas blooming, shaded lawn, and privacy hedges was a beautiful backdrop for our "garden party" theme! We have many beautiful photos and memories! The clubhouse ballroom is spacious with lots of windows and natural light and we had plenty of space to set up and store refrigerated drinks and cake. Parking was very convenient. The event manager explained everything we needed to know to have a great experience. I attended a wedding here as well, as a guest, and it was a beautiful event with a garden ceremony, and a ballroom reception. This venue offers the flexibility to design an amazing event you've been envisioning! I highly recommend it!

The hotel has a beautiful venue with plenty of parking. John (Director of Catering) was amazing to work with and helped make the planning process easy and stress free. The staff at the hotel and at the event were super accommodating, nice and pleasant to interact with. A lot of our guest raved about the food and service they were provided by the staff.

I am so happy to write a review for Seth and his team! From the very beginning, Seth has been a pleasure to work with. The first meeting I was very impressed by how he had researched the wedding venue and its layout so that he could ask us what our thoughts were on setup/DJ location placement etc. Our second meeting was then focused on how to set up the wedding playlist using the Vibo app. The app is fantastic, and an excellent way to keep track of the songs you wish to have played at certain time points (bridal processional, grand entrance, pre-ceremony, etc.). In the app you can request starting timepoints and leave extra notes for Seth to look over weeks before the wedding. Aside from these aspects, Seth went above and beyond to help us with other non-music related aspects of the wedding such as our wedding slideshow (that he helped give us step by step instructions so that the quality of the slideshow would be good for when it was projected on the wall of venue). He also created a mashup for my husband to dance with his mom ("Dance with me" mixed with "Just Dance"; it was amazing!). Even during the week of the wedding, when I had a mini-freak out, he was so kind and understanding. In the end, I 100% recommend Seth (and Matt too! He was at the Photo Booth, and he was so kind and was ready to help folks if any technical help was needed)! Seth's team is professional, kind, and has great attention to detail; if you can, book DJ Seth and his team for your wedding!

It was a true pleasure to have Randall and his staff a part of our wedding vendor team. He is a true professional and master at his craft. My wife and I were very particular in choosing our wedding photographer. We knew that our wedding photos were going to last forever and wanted to be sure that the photographer we choose was going to capture all of the essential moments. Every photographer has their own style when it comes to editing the photos and Randall’s was exactly what we were looking for. After we wrapped up our initial consultation call, my wife and I knew that he was the photographer we wanted. He was easy to communicate with and we felt very comfortable with him as if we had know each other for years. He built us a personalized package that accommodated all of our specific needs. Leading up to our special day, he made sure to check in on us multiple times and made sure we never had to worry about a thing. His knowledge and experience as a wedding photographer made us feel like we had another wedding coordinator. He knew all of the ins and outs and was going to be prepared for any unexpected changes that might come his way. On the day of the wedding, him and his staff were able to seamlessly work with our videographer to capture all of the important moments we wanted. They were well organized and had a clear game plan. I cannot stress how important having him was on the day of the wedding. He kept my wife and I at ease and was able to adjust to all of the twist and turns that were thrown at him. He was always looking out for us as a couple and made sure our best interests were held. Everyone involved with our wedding spoke so highly of him and his staff. If we were to choose an MVP of the day, Randall takes the cake. We were so excited when he told us our gallery was ready to view and when our hard drive was available to pickup. He captured every single moment and every time we look through the photos we can relive one of the most important days of our lives. We truly appreciate Randall and will always recommend him to any of our family or friends. There is no one else we will call if we ever need a photographer.

James was so much fun at our wedding! He was a great MC/DJ and was a hit with all of our wedding guests. He communicated with us throughout the wedding process and kept in touch with both me and my wedding coordinator whenever we came across any details we needed to discuss. Jonathan and Faulks Floral Co are seriously heaven sent. Jon is SO talented. Faulks was recommended by a personal friend. I love the call & consultation for the inspo look of the wedding. He really listens and considers your dream vision. After the consultation, he provides the type of florals and the inspo look altogether, which is SO helpful. I wanted spring, pops of color. I also desired to include my love for the ocean into my wedding. How do you combine all those elements to a ranch wedding? A rustic coastal wedding! The venue was just incredible. We picked it because of the historical background as well as the fact that we knew we wouldn't need to add much to make it beautiful. I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! It was truly the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have been possible without McKenna’s help! I could write so much more on how incredible Events by McKenna is, but to sum it all up, they are the best choice for your wedding planning and coordinating needs and you will not regret choosing them for your big day!!

Hiring Tavi was easily the best thing we could have done for ourselves when we started wedding planning. We really had no idea what we were doing, I was super anxious about everything, and Tavi guided us through it all with grace, expertise, and humor. She helped us figure out what we actually wanted our wedding to look like (a rainbow fruit and vegetable disco party), what was important to us, our budget, our vendors, and most importantly, she kept me from losing my mind (which, let's be honest, is probably the biggest reason you hire a wedding planner, right?). She put together an amazing vendor team that brought our vision to life even more than we could have hoped for. After the wedding, we got so many compliments about how great it was, and how it was the best wedding they'd been to, no exaggeration. You can see it in our photos--everyone had a blast, and we loved every second of it. Our parents were so impressed by how Tavi and her assistant handled everything on the day of--and she'd also had a wedding the day before, so that's saying something. DJ Trey is THE BEST DJ!!! I wish we had even more time on the dance floor to keep letting him mix because he’s a genuinely fantastic DJ! Not just a DJ who sets up an iPhone or Spotify and lets it ride mindlessly, but a DJ who reads the crowd, takes input from the bride and groom, and uses his skill and best judgement to provide music that gets everyone on the dance floor. Literally everyone at our wedding was on their feet for dancing and loved all the music DJ Trey played! He also was fantastic in making sure all of the music played on their appropriate cues and was well-prepared. He was great to work with for our wedding and we can’t wait to throw another party just so we have an excuse to use DJ Trey again!

We are incredibly grateful Xenia was our engagement/wedding photographer and couldn't be happier with the results! What the images don't explicitly show is that Xenia was an absolute joy to work with. She is clear, transparent, and helpful in her communication.
