We decided to use Haley Grace Events Co. for our Month of and Day of Coordination. Haley allowed us to call her and ask questions before we had even signed the contract. She was always extremely kind, professional, and organized during all communication - email, phone, text, in-person. She started to work with us 45 days before the Wedding to understand our vision, vendors, and what was left still to do. She went above and beyond her duties to make the lead up to our big day her priority! On the day of the wedding, Haley was on top of everything. She had 2 assistants and the 3 of them moved around like a ghost army!! They took care of setting everything up for us so me and my family could fully enjoy the day. They made my vision come to life more than I could have ever expressed! Haley would check in with me and my husband every step of the day, did a day-of rehearsal, and kept the day as soon as possible! I truly don't think our wedding day would have been what it was without her (and her team)! Haley and her team deserve to be in your wedding budget! You will not regret having her be a part of the planning and the day of.

As soon as I got engaged, one of the number one things former brides told me to do find a wedding planner ASAP. That’s exactly what I did, and I would pass that advice along to future brides over and over again. My husband and I spoke to multiple planners, but from the minute we spoke with Siena & Co, we knew they were the perfect fit for us! Hiring Siena & Co to plan our wedding was the first wedding decision we made, and so that meant that they were there for us every single step of the way and helped guide us through making every decision related to our wedding. From venue, to catering to florals and everything in between, they were there for us…encouraging, supporting, advising, etc. By having a full service wedding planner it took so much of the hassle and time out of wedding planning. Instead of having to do all the research, crunch numbers, negotiate with vendors, we were able to just review information and make decisions. And considering that my husband and I both have high demanding jobs, this was such a blessing. It allowed me to enjoy the process, knowing that Siena & Co had everything covered for us. The team at Siena & Co knew what I wanted more than I knew what I wanted. I felt like they were my advocates with vendors and formulated a design that was better than I could have ever imagined. Elise is an absolute gem of a human and THE best coordinator I have ever worked with. Elise is kind, professional, and makes sure things are seamless even if they might not be behind the scenes. If you need a coordinator for any kind of event, I highly recommend Elise & EL Events. If you are looking for a sign to hire a wedding planner, this is it. My husband and I got married on November 1, 2025 and from the planning to the budgeting, it was one of the most stressful experiences ever. You don’t realize just how much goes into a wedding until you actually sit down and start planning it. Quickly I realized I was in over my head. Between the wedding, my day-to-day life and trying to juggle it all, planning one of the biggest days of my life had honestly become something out of a nightmare. Trying to stay within budget in an industry that honestly feels like one giant money trap felt next to impossible. Trying to bring a vision to life as a person who is not creative at all felt disheartening. And balancing it all while trying to celebrate the fact that I was getting married was hard. Eventually, it got to the point where I was considering throwing in the towel, eating it on the vendor deposits and just going to the courthouse. My dream of walking down the aisle in the beautiful dress that I had picked out, surrounded by our friends and family, to marry the love of my life—felt squashed. I found myself dreading a day I had so-long been excited for. So in a last ditch effort to salvage the disaster that our wedding had become, I decided to let someone else take the reins. When Kylee with Everlasting Events came into the picture, everything suddenly changed. All of my stress vanished. She took one look at the mess and said “I’ve got you” and from that moment to the moment we said our I-do’s, was an absolute breeze. In just three short months, she brought my vision to life, kept that vision within budget and made my wedding day one of the happiest days of my life. When I think back on those who helped to make our wedding everything we wanted and more, I am filled with immense gratitude. The people in my life who came together to help, I will never forget. Each and every one of vendors who we hired were spectacular. But none of them—absolutely NONE of them— can hold a candle to Kylee. She took on the hardest parts of it all with ease. She brought to life the vision that I was struggling with so hard to create and she executed it flawlessly. All the while, she saved us time, energy and money, and gave us an unforgettable day. The dedication and care she poured into making our big day special is a gift that I can never truly repay. Without her, I would have lost my mind. So if you are struggling to make your wedding possible like I was, take this as your sign. I know how ridiculously expensive the wedding industry has gotten and how everything sort of feels like a scam. But this isn’t one of those scams. Hire Everlasting Events. It is the best decision you could make. Kylee is professional, she is a hard worker, she is a perfectionist, she is literally a GODSEND, and she genuinely loves what she does. We are so happy with our planner, India Fordham and our jr. planners Kaylea and Jess for our Nashville wedding at The Parthenon. We went with month of coordination with 60 days of support. We started meeting with India about 60 days out and she was incredible to work with. She nailed down details that we didn’t even know we needed to know and perfectly executed our vision. When we had last minute changes, questions or unknowns, she handled it and we never felt stressed or worried. The Get Together Events Co. (TGT) was the easiest and best (after saying 'yes'!) decision of our wedding planning process. We worked closely with Lauren (founder) until she did the "official hand-off" with our onsite manager, Kate, a couple of days before our wedding once all final details were in place. Kate had been included in all communications leading up to this and she didn't miss a beat. The hand-off was seamless! The spreadsheets, checklists, vendor emails and phone calls—everything generated by TGT—was so incredibly helpful in keeping us on track and not overwhelmed. They really helped us to be able to enjoy the last few weeks before our wedding by managing all of the vendor questions and final set-up details. Lauren's upbeat, friendly personality was wonderful as well! she could always put a smile on my face and made us laugh. On wedding day, Kate was our manager and Kristen her coordinator. There could not have been 2 more wonderful, sweet, attentive, helpful, thorough and just plain awesome people to be there overseeing everything like the magical angels that they are. They were both so helpful to my husband and me separately in the morning while getting ready, all through the day and night with making sure everything made it back to our hotel room...including packaging up food for a late night snack! They managed running our rehearsal with military precision and kept us on track time-wise throughout the wedding. We have no idea if there were mishaps "behind the curtain" as everything appeared to run seamlessly. I could list 1,001 other things they took care of for us. Our wedding was simply the best day of our lives (it's cliche for a reason!), and I'm confident in saying that it was so because TGT was there by our sides. Lauren, Kate, Kristen and TGT will always hold a special place in our hearts as we are so, so thankful for them. We cannot recommend The Get Together Events Co. highly enough. Thank you, TGT!

I had the best experience with The Venlist. I was fortunate to work with two great planners, first Kyra, and then Brittany. Kyra really understood what I was going for and was excellent at helping me plan, so I was bummed when she left. However, Brittany is absolutely amazing. She’s the absolute best at what she does. She goes above and beyond for you and she will definitely deal with any vendor issues you may have. Brittany is the main reason why my wedding vision was properly executed and brought to life. The Notion platform was perfect in keeping track of all things wedding, and I loved the style of it. Brittany is such a great person and easy to connect with. I will definitely keep in touch with her even after my wedding.

Our best decision during our wedding planning phase was choosing Kayla as our wedding planner! Talk about a one woman show/power house! She made the whole process so much easier and took so much stress off our plates. Every vender that she booked for us was absolutely amazing! She made sure the day went seamlessly while also making sure that she carved out enough time for us to have special moments just the two of us. I completely forgot to get sparklers for our exit and Kayla was quick to come up with a solution that looked absolutely amazing and was beautiful in photos! Anything I threw at her she helped find a way to make sure it happened. The only thing I would have changed would be booking her even earlier!
