Thank you to all at Hunt and Gather. From the moment we walked in and met with the fabulous Soizic we knew this was where we wanted to host our wedding night dinner. It took us all of 30 seconds to decide. The staff was so very helpful and accommodating, wishing to make our special night just that. From beginning to end the evening was stellar. The food sublime, the staff friendly and professional. We received so many compliments from our guests regarding the space and the delectable food. Thank you so very much for all that you did to make the evening truly a night for us to never forget. There wasn’t one single hiccup from start to finish.

Ecotrust was wonderful to work with while planning a wedding during COVID. We were worried things were not going to be how we wanted them, but they ended up being even better! The Ecotrust team was so flexible and generous during the uncertain times and made the process easy for us. We had our ceremony on the gorgeous rooftop and our intimate reception in the BIlly Frank Jr Room - both lovely spaces. Thank you, Ecotrust, for helping us celebrate!

This space has room for VIP’s, Kitchen, DJ’s and more. There are elevators to take you to the second floor or a stairway that leads up with no issues. The hosts are just as kind. and professional. Communication is always returned within a reasonable time frame. I have also witnessed the host help setup for an event when the coordinators were late. This is definitely the type of over and above service I am looking for when choosing a venue to host my events. I highly recommend The Suite Spot and hope you’ll give them a chance as well.

My new wife Brandi and I LOVED Union Pine! It was a beautiful venue, and it had all the amenities we needed for the big day. Jess the venue manager was a pleasure to work with. We did the weekend package option for the venue and had the venue from Friday till Sunday. This was perfect for us because it allowed us to do the wedding rehearsal dinner at the same venue as the wedding. This helped us out a lot because we were planning this wedding from out of state. We visited a few venues in Portland, and this was by far the most breathtaking! Our out of state guests loved visiting Portland and enjoyed the venue's location to everything downtown.

Easton Broad

5.0

Portland, OR

  • Starts at $2,400

Voted Oregon Wedding Day Magazine's Best Portland Wedding Venue in '24 and '25! Centrally located just blocks from the Moda Center, Easton Broad is an industrial-chic, city venue perfect for the modern couple. While we lean into the greenhouse vibes, with a collection of over 100 houseplants, this intimate venue is a blank canvas that can accommodate groups from 20 to 200. Hire your dream team of vendors or ask us for our personalized recommendations! Need a little more space? We can help you obtain the permits necessary to utilize the sidewalk, right outside our doors, for cocktail hour overflow. This will allow much more flexibility for ceremony to reception "flips" with a higher guest count, and is also a great option for food trucks.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Has a dance floor to dance the night away
  • Wheelchair accessible
  • Provides lighting and sound

Venue considerations

  • No on-site guest accommodations
  • Does not provide event staff
  • No in-house catering options
Hiring Easton Broad was hands down the best decision we made for our destination wedding! Planning a wedding from another state is no easy fete, but Kelly helped us with so much, we never had to worry about details being missed. We only ever saw the venue twice- first when we toured it and fell in love, and not again until our wedding day, when we fell in love all over again! And the time between, Kelly was so quick to answer all of our questions (and there were tons!); we'd get responses within an hour and sometimes even in the middle of the night. It's very clear that she's passionate about what she does, and has been doing this for a long time. We are so fortunate to have found Easton Broad and it will hold a very special place in our hearts for the rest of our lives. To Kelly and her entire team, thank you so much for caring and making our wedding day even better than we could have ever imagined!
