“Serena is nothing short of amazing! I was planning a large traditional Nigerian wedding reception and I knew early on that I would need professional assistance. My venue offered an event coordinator, but I knew I needed extra assistance outside of that. I came across Serena’s page and felt so captured by her welcoming, kind and bubbly demeanor. I contacted and scheduled a consultation with Serena and was instantly impressed by her promptness and professionalism. We hired Serena to help with month of wedding coordination as well as assistance with seeking a few other vendors. After hiring Serena, I instantly felt at ease and knew that she would be available every step of the way. She started contacting vendors the next day after signing the contract, and kept close communication throughout the process of booking the vendors. Although we hired her for month of coordination, she was always available with her guidance and suggestions. When the month of coordinating began, I knew I could hand over everything to Serena, and we’d be in good hands. We had several virtual meetings discussing our wedding timeline, and she made sure to contact every vendor and assure that everything was in place. The communication was superb. “I originally booked collective glow because I did NOT want to deal with a separate hair and makeup vendor- I was just over it at that point in planning lol. Their communication style was thorough, quick, and super fun to work with- exactly what we needed to feel at ease during the busy day. The quality of their work and value was amazing, as they were incredibly flexible and great listeners. We ended up running behind due to nothing in their control, but they were so chill about it that I didn't even know we were off schedule. They kept everything super professional and just kept moving everyone along, which worked great because we had some extra buffer time planned in for exactly that reason. These girls listened really well, helped to make sure I was comfortable with the look we were creating, and made step-by-step adjustments or increases in certain things so we could fine-tune exactly what I wanted. Inn At Churon Winery

“We are so grateful we chose the Inn at Churon Winery for our wedding. We looked at many, many venue options and struggled with which to choose but settled on the Churon because their package was so inclusive and they were one of the few venues that offered an indoor option in case of inclement weather. We planned the entire wedding from out of state and Churon made it easy. Meilee was amazing to work with - communicative, responsive, flexible, helpful, kind, accommodating, and on and on. I could not have asked for a better venue coordinator to work with. Our wedding day ended up being cold and rainy (rare in Temecula) and everyone worked hard to make sure our day was beautiful despite the weather. Enrique (the chef) and his staff went above and beyond. The food and service were beyond expectations in every way. The wines were of course fabulous. And we met the most amazing vendors through Churon, especially our photographer, bakery, and florist. The venue itself is gorgeous, but working with everyone there is what really made our day - every need and want was met and we felt like our event was as important to Churon as it was to us.”
