My name is Saleshia Staton and Splash by Sas and I originated out of North Carolina. Started as something small with helping out with events here and there and I wanted to perfect my craft. The Garden of Eaten is the Crystal Coasts first food truck for unique, healthy, and locally sourced food. In addition to our food truck we also have a mobile wood fired pizza oven where we serve scratch made gourmet pizzas.

Dawn was raised right here on the coast of North Carolina. Seafood is her passion and she knows her way around the kitchen. She and her staff are perfect for making your event in the Outer Banks special. Since she was very young, Dawn has been working in and around the kitchen. She became confident bussing tables, serving food, and holding every position in the restaurant. In her twenties she was a chef, and a managing owner of a seafood restaurant. Later, she opened a fine dining restaurant on the inner coastal waterway with her husband. After, she moved to the Outer Banks of N.C. where she started her catering business.

Tuck-ins are a roastable, Inside-Out S’more on a stick, each containing a crunchy handmade graham cracker, covered in decadent chocolate, all inside a fluffy marshmallow! Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!

Locals Seafood brings the North Carolina coast to you! We work with local fisherfolk and oyster farmers to supply our kitchens. Our mobile raw bar, oyster roast, or seafood boil packages will add a delicious & interactive element to your next celebration! We also offer private dining and parties in our Raleigh, NC restaurant. Perfect for small rehearsal dinners or showers.
