The HIlton Garden Inn Denver Union Station was built in 2019 to provide a strongly needed unique and boutique hotel in Lower Downtown Denver. The adjacent Woodie Fisher Kitchen & Bar began it's life as Denver's 1st hose company, part of the fire department, in the late 1800's and now is the local spot for comfortable and sustainable food choices. The hotel side offers over 10,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor space and the neighboring restaurant can host as many as 200 using all the indoor and outdoor space.
