There was some confusion around the process of actually getting assigned a day-of coordinator due to lack of communication, which added some stress around the 3-week mark. Once we had that sorted out and we were actually paired with our coordinator, everything went super smoothly and we were extremely happy with the service we received. We were on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator and ultimately it was the best decision we could've made. Kumbah was incredible and our wedding would've been a wreck without her!

Choosing Joyfully Co. for our wedding planning services was the BEST decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning. Blaire was a phenomenal wedding planner in that she was incredibly flexible, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. My husband and I changed our minds about a hundred times on hotel venue vs small elopement and even went back and forth between several venues. Blaire was never impatient with us and truly wanted us to have the best day. The wedding day itself was perfect. I could not have hoped for a more organized, effortless, and stress-free experience. Throughout the day, Blaire and Sharon checked up on all of our guests and made sure their needs were met. They checked on us and asked if we needed anything, they handled all minor issues flawlessly and kept us informed so we felt none of the stress. We were very indecisive in choosing a wedding planner as there were lots of options but choosing Ruban Bleu Weddings & Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Brittney was great from beginning to end. She was very responsive throughout the planning process. Her spreadsheets were super helpful to keep all of the information in one space and to keep us on track. She kept an eye on the budget and coordinated all of the vendors. She handled mailing the save-the-dates and invitations, and the RSVPs, as well as lodging logistics and welcome bags. On the day before and day of the wedding she was there trouble-shooting and making sure all went smoothly. Couldn't recommend her enough!

The Get Together Events Co. (TGT) was the easiest and best (after saying 'yes'!) decision of our wedding planning process. We worked closely with Lauren (founder) until she did the "official hand-off" with our onsite manager, Kate, a couple of days before our wedding once all final details were in place. Kate had been included in all communications leading up to this and she didn't miss a beat. The hand-off was seamless! The spreadsheets, checklists, vendor emails and phone calls—everything generated by TGT—was so incredibly helpful in keeping us on track and not overwhelmed. They really helped us to be able to enjoy the last few weeks before our wedding by managing all of the vendor questions and final set-up details. Lauren's upbeat, friendly personality was wonderful as well! she could always put a smile on my face and made us laugh. On wedding day, Kate was our manager and Kristen her coordinator. There could not have been 2 more wonderful, sweet, attentive, helpful, thorough and just plain awesome people to be there overseeing everything like the magical angels that they are. They were both so helpful to my husband and me separately in the morning while getting ready, all through the day and night with making sure everything made it back to our hotel room...including packaging up food for a late night snack! They managed running our rehearsal with military precision and kept us on track time-wise throughout the wedding. We have no idea if there were mishaps "behind the curtain" as everything appeared to run seamlessly. I could list 1,001 other things they took care of for us. Our wedding was simply the best day of our lives (it's cliche for a reason!), and I'm confident in saying that it was so because TGT was there by our sides. Lauren, Kate, Kristen and TGT will always hold a special place in our hearts as we are so, so thankful for them. We cannot recommend The Get Together Events Co. highly enough. Thank you, TGT!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Angel and the entire Greenhouse Events team. Everything was absolutely beautiful, beyond anything I could have ever imagined. The florals were unreal. Working with Miranda, Raquel, and Kylie was a true pleasure. Kylie assisted us at our rehearsal the day before our wedding, practicing the ceremony to ensure we understood the process and best practices for each bridal party member. Miranda and Raquel were there for us on our wedding date, helping set up decor, running to get breakfast for the bridal party, and being the point of contact with all our vendors. At one point, as the bride, I was getting overstimulated with all the pictures being taken in a short amount of time, and Miranda/Raquel had my back by making sure I had water and 30 minutes to center before our ceremony. I'd recommend Start Rose Creations to family and friends for any event.

Summary/TLDR:  We had a big wedding with a lot of complex personal decor set up and Kimberly and Travis went above and beyond! Lessen your stress and book her! Full review: My now husband and I had a big wedding at the Disneyland Hotel, and Disney does not handle any personal floral or decor, so we knew we would need help!  We hired Kimberly for her full day of coordination service for things not provided by Disney, and it was one of the best decisions we made.  When I first reached out, she responded quickly to let me know of her services and to set up a call. I was already pretty set on hiring her from the reviews I'd seen, but the call was also extremely helpful! After hearing about our details, she recommended a DJ for us to request from Disney, who was absolutely perfect for our wedding! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Kimberly checked in to see how I was doing and if I needed help with anything, even though I had only hired her for the day of coordination, which was so kind and thoughtful!  We had a large wedding with over 250 guests, and our bridal party was huge as well, so there were a lot of moving parts.  I was pretty frantic the morning of our wedding as I had overslept with so much left to do. Kimberly was so helpful with everything - and really helped reduce and lessen my stress, which as anyone getting married would know, is priceless! Kimberly and her husband handled all of our personal items so well! Several of which had to be set up multiple times (e.g for the ceremony and then for cocktail hour or for cocktail hour and for the reception). We had multiple guestbooks, some of which had multiple parts, multiple card boxes, favors for each family that had to be set up alphabetically (150 bags), a huge memorial table full of pictures that I wanted set up in a very specific way, reserved row signs, a welcome sign, Filipino shawls for the wedding godmothers, custom bar signs, Venmo signs for the money dance etc. We also enlisted their help last minute to help guide people to their table for the reception because of the way our seating chart was set up. Some cousins were supposed to help with that but got caught up in the moment and forgot! But Kimberly and Travis handled it themselves and made sure everything went smoothly! At the end of the night, she and Travis made sure to pack up all of our personal items and bring them back to our getting ready room.  Kimberly and Travis also worked seamlessly with the Disney staff and other vendors! After the reception ended, I realized I had lost track of my Disney bouquet, to which I had attached irreplaceable sentimental items, and Kimberly, who was on her way home, texted our Disney day of coordinator to help us find it in the nick of time!!  If Kimberly was this fantastic with just day of service, I can't even imagine how incredible she is with full planning. How much does a wedding planner cost?

On average, a full-service wedding planner can cost between $3,000 and $10,000. It depends on where you live and where you’re getting married. Planners in areas with high costs of living, like New York City and San Francisco, may charge upwards of $20,000. If you’re having a destination wedding, consider using a planner local to the area—you’ll avoid paying extra for travel, accommodations, and meals. Day-of coordinators cost less. What do wedding planners do?
