“Planning a destination wedding in Cairo, Egypt came with its fair share of complexities. We had guests traveling from all over the world and were trying to blend three cultures - Lebanese, Egyptian, and American. In Egypt, most wedding planners focus only on décor and receptions, so I found myself struggling with the schedule and flow of logistics beyond that. There were so many moving parts - the ceremony, the bridal party, the reception - and I didn’t have a planner or a day-of coordinator to help me execute the day smoothly. Alex stepped in and became my anchor. She gathered every detail and built an hour-by-hour plan that carried us through the day, from getting ready to the end of the night. They asked all the right questions, clearly lined out what I could expect (which exceeded my expectations) and over delivered. I was the most relaxed bride there ever was and it had everything to do with them. They had my complete trust which allowed me to not have to think of anything on my wedding day. They fully understood me. They made me feel like family. They felt as close and important to me as my own family. They supported me and carried me through the day. They cried happy tears with me once I was finally married. Surely, I have to be special to them and they'll never forget me ;) Well at least that is the way they made me feel and that really speaks to them and their work and how amazing they are at what they do. “Events by Angela Monique (with her team of 3) was our wedding planner, and we were pleased with their service. Their communication style summarized conversations, was direct, and inquisitive to vendors, primarily through email, and they were assertive in keeping us on track. The quality of their work was comprehensive, detailed, and particular. They did an excellent job setting up and tearing down all of the decorations, and their day-of coordination was flawless, though the pre-planning process was a bit stressful due to some misalignment between their vision and ours.
