“Where to begin with how much Dusti made our wedding day and made our vision come to life. When I told her that I was envisioning a lot of greenery like when we hiked in Olympic National Park in Washington and a Lord of the Rings essence she knew exactly what I was talking about! She made communication easy and personable with videos chats online if we could not meet in person. She made a mood board that was very detailed to make sure we were on the same page which was extremely helpful. She had items we could rent and also helped guide us on what to purchase. My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets she made me instantly brought me to tears they were so beautiful. Honestly everything she made was so unique and special which was exactly what we were looking for. We wish we found her sooner in our wedding planning because she is incredible! The amount of stress she took off our shoulders was immense. She reached out to all the vendors to relay the timeline, she set up all the decorations for the ceremony site and took those down to bring to the reception site. Also decorated the reception site, set up the memorial table, guest book and gift table....then took down the decorations at the end of the reception and made sure they got to a safe place with our family or us. She set up our rented photobooth which is above and beyond what she had to do (packed that up as well) . Also, shout out to her assistant that day Samantha who is pregnant. Thank you!! Overall, I highly recommend Dusti. She was constantly in communication and made sure we could always reach her every step of the way. She is so incredibly talented, completely professional and her creativity and diligence did not go unnoticed. I can't thank her enough for making our wedding day so special.”

“Ashley is wildly organized and a hard worker! I had zero worries the day of. There was one thing I noticed and it was only because I could see the shuttle arriving too early! Even then, I did not worry because I knew Ashley would handle it. My bustle kept falling and she would appear out of nowhere to fix it! During the planning process, she asked questions about things I had not thought of, was timely in her response to emails, and incredibly professional. “Simply Elegant Group was by far my favorite vendor! Every single person we talked to from Lindsay Mackey, their amazing manger and our first contact to the hotel-block assistant was a joy to work with, communicative and helpful. The workbook, spreadsheets, and connections with other coordinators and vendors made the whole wedding planning process more enjoyable and streamlined. We chose the Day of Coordination and are very grateful to have had Hanh as our wedding coordinator! Hanh is worth her weight in gold! With Day of Coordination we received not only ten hours of custom coordination from the wonderfully efficient and empathic Hanh, we also had the help of her assistant. This was perfect because someone was by my and my husband’s throughout the day. I loved that with SEG we had a whole team of magnifically organized, thorough and compassionate individuals to support us in executing our dream wedding. Once we had submitted our information Lindsay contacted us to go over all of the things included in wedding planning. She created a rough draft of our day of timeline and gave us access to our Wedding Workbook. They have templates for everything you will need for organizing your wedding and making sure you do not miss out on important, but often overlooked details. Two months before our wedding date we were connected with Hanh. From our first meeting throughout the whole time before the wedding and for the duration of our wedding itself Hanh was both our wedding angel and ninja rolled all into one. I had done a lot of the initial setting up vendors, but as soon as she could she took over as my contact person. This meant the vendors had to email/reach out to Hanh and left me feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. “We hired Johnna as our day of coordinator for our wedding and she was truly such an angel to work with. Her pricing is more than reasonable for the services she provides and she was always super quick to respond. She was so sweet, reassuring, and helpful through the entire process. Even in the months leading up to the wedding, she would reach out to check in and offered to handle any tasks or communication that I needed help with. She took the time to plan phone calls with me even when I just needed someone to listen to everything going on in my mind with the planning process. She took so much weight off my shoulders in the months leading up to the wedding. On the day of, we worked with Kat, Casey, and Anna and WOW. I was truly speechless at how incredible the whole team was. They took my vision and brought it to life so seamlessly! We had multiple snags in the morning, putting us behind in our timeline by about an hour. But the team of girls worked quickly and quietly behind the scenes to smooth everything out and get us back on track, without me even realizing. My florals were over an hour late and I didn’t even know it because they swooped in and got it all straightened out before anyone even mentioned it to me. They also handled all of the tear down and cleanup for us as well and had all of our items neatly packed up ready for us to take home. “Savanna & her partner were amazing! I hired them for day of coordination and set up/take down services for my wedding at Boerner Botanical Gardens, and they absolutely killed it. They set up all of our tables and extra decor, and even went above and beyond! We had sparklers for our grand exit, and I had bought some cards that went with them. I assumed I had forgotten the cards, so I didn’t even mention them or ask for it to be put together, but when I showed up to the venue day of they were putting them together anyways! She came to our rehearsal the day before, and helped keep us on track and organized day of. Her eye for decoration is amazing, she’s very organized, and also (very importantly) extremely kind! If I find myself needing day of coordination/help setting up in the future, I’ll 110% be reaching out!”

“Teal was absolutely incredible and truly the reason why my wedding event was perfect. Her attention to detail and thoroughness is unmatched, which I can confidently say after working with another planner for a different event. I didn’t think it was possible to feel as low stress the week of an event as I did this time working with Teal. This was a larger event (450 people), but was planned and coordinated absolutely perfectly - to the point where several guests came up to me and said this was the most well organized event they had been to. I was planning this event during a very busy and high stress time at work, and I felt confident trusting Teal to make sure everything was pulled together, even when I could not give my full attention to it. “We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!”
