“I cannot recommend Mike (MT entertainment) enough! The positive energy and fun atmosphere he brings to an event sets him apart. We had him DJ our wedding this past weekend and he was amazing. A few days before the event he called us just to confirm details and get any last minute details sorted. He even had some great recommendations to add! The day of the event, Mike showed up 3 hours (!) early to get everything setup and tested. Due to his incredible punctuality and dedication, he was able to catch not only wifi issues with the venue, but also that a piece of his equipment decided to break at the worst possible time. Mike was so on top of things that he had both issues completely handled hours before our guests arrived. The only reason we knew about this was because of how transparent he was as he told us later on. Needless to say, Mike was handed lemons at our wedding and in turn, he made some of the best lemonade around. Even with all of the pre-event issues that Mike masterfully resolved, he played great music all night and brought fantastic energy facilitating all of the events. While he had the music playing, Mike went above and beyond capturing several special moments of ourselves and our guests then adding them to our virtual gallery. Mike not only helped create memories with his sound and excellent lighting during our wedding, he captured them too. Mike was spectacular and we were so lucky to have him on our special day.”

“Justin did an amazing job with DJing my wedding. From the meetings to the wedding day, he made sure we didn't have to worry about anything. Communication was never an issue. He helped us pick out all the songs we were going to need for different parts of the ceremony and reception (things I didn't even consider). He also helped hook up the microphone/speakers for our officiant for our wedding. He did a great job at introductions and announcing our wedding party. The band!!” The energy and fun Funkle Jesse brought to our celebration was incredible. The dance floor was packed the entire evening and people were having a great time. It was a pretty magical night. We also asked Funkle Jesse to provide music for the outdoor ceremony and their guitarist provided exactly what we’d hoped for- a beautiful and respectful background of music for their vows. Finally, I would emphasize the professionalism of dealing with Brad regarding payments, arrangements, questions, etc. He was always quick to respond to my emailed questions which helped a lot, especially with our last-minute decisions.”

“Our experience with Complete Weddings Events Grand Rapids (DJ) was a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the DJ was very personable and chatted with our guests, even helping people with their plates and keeping us on track throughout the day. He was a kind and helpful person overall. However, the communication leading up to the wedding was a bit confusing, as it was mostly over text which made it hard to get a clear understanding of the plan. Additionally, the DJ played the wrong song multiple times during the ceremony, anniversary dance, and left out many of the "must play" songs requested by the bride. Despite these issues, he was still a great DJ and really tried his best to contribute to our special day.”
