- Once you have disputed the review by completing our review dispute form, our team will begin to investigate your claim. If we need further information or have questions, we will reach out to you.
- If our team reaches out to a reviewer for documentation or to request edits, the reviewer has 7 days from initial contact from our team to respond in order to ensure timeliness of the dispute process. If the reviewer does not respond within 7 days, we will make our determination without their input.
- Reviews can take up to 14 days to review and make an informed decision, we will contact you once the case has been closed.
- The Zola team has ultimate decision making power on whether a review should remain posted - we'll determine this in accordance with our Vendor Review Terms and Conditions.
