Wise Elephant LLC

Wise Elephant Hawaii LLC is Oahu-based photography and video production company owned by Fabio Cardoso. After majoring in film at Pratt Institute, receiving an MFA in acting from the Actor’s Studio at New School University in New York City, and working in theater and video production, Fabio and his wife Kristi moved to Honolulu in 2003. Shortly afterwards he began working in the wedding industry and later expanded his work to include commercials, non-profit, corporate and event videos.

Fabio’s experience in film, acting, and theatre and love of visual storytelling gives him a unique perspective as he captures the essence of your once-in-a-lifetime experience. Wise Elephant was named for Fabio’s eldest son, Renzo. While his name does not translate to Wise Elephant, it is one of the many possible combinations of Japanese kanji that comprise the phonetic sounds of his name (Ren = Wise, Zo = Elephant).
