Woodbine Mansion

The entrance to the mansion provides the perfect backdrop for your ceremonies of up to 220 guests, cocktail hours, photos and grand exits. Towering magnolias greet you at the front gate with a charming brick pathway leading up to the main entry. Grand columns and a sweeping front porch provide that sense of drama that complements any wedding or celebration.

The first floor includes five rooms (one larger ballroom and four parlor rooms) along with two bathrooms. The ballroom, our largest indoor space, measures 14.5 feet wide by 50 feet long. The first floor is great for indoor cocktail hours or dancing for larger groups, and is also a great option for ceremonies or full receptions for smaller guest counts of 100 or less.

A dreamy backdrop for your reception, ceremony, or cocktail hour! Our turfed trellis lawn features a romantic veranda dripping with lush, wisteria vines and a neighboring private rose garden.

The east side of the mansion features an expansive turf lawn surrounded by majestic shade trees. There are three ceremony locations to choose from such as the charming gazebo, the elegant portico staircase, or in front of the towering magnolia tree. With plenty of room to spread out, this space is perfect for an al fresco reception or dinner and dancing under the glowing lights of our beautiful tent.

Our 60’ x 66’ clear-top, fully enclosed winter tent is included in the venue rental for events held December through February, complete with installed lighting. It accommodates up to 250 guests, depending on layout. The tent can be heated and features two sets of French doors and clear walls that can be easily opened and tied back for an open-air feel on milder Texas winter days.
