Our experience with the W Philadelphia was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the venue itself was clean, beautiful and had a fun, modern vibe that our guests really enjoyed. The desk staff were also incredibly helpful and kind to our guests, which everyone commented on. However, the communication and organization from the venue's side left a lot to be desired. We were promised use of the 49th floor for our first look when we booked the premium suite, but that ended up not being possible due to errors on their end. It's really important to get everything in writing with this venue, as they don't always follow through on what's verbally promised. Overall, the quality and value were good, but the lack of organization was frustrating and impacted our special day in a negative way.
