The Historic Grand Canyon Hotel was the perfect venue for our wedding celebration. From the start, the owners were professional, personal, and kind in their communication, making the booking process smooth and easy. The venue itself is a stunning historical landmark, with a versatile and gorgeous space that perfectly suited our vision. We were thrilled to also be able to book the historical hotel next door at a discounted rate for our wedding guests, adding to the convenience and value of choosing this venue. The owners' attention to detail and commitment to making our day special was evident throughout, and we are so grateful to have celebrated our marriage in such a beautiful and meaningful setting. When I walked into the Historic Grand Canyon Ballroom, it literally took my breath away. The gold ceiling, the chandeliers — absolutely gorgeous. Immediately I was thinking of an event that I could have in this room. The gold chairs are such an addition to the ambiance of the ballroom. You can almost see formal dances and events of years ago happening in this room. The lady who walked into the ballroom behind me said “Oh my gosh — this is absolutely beautiful!” Well done.

I simply love this historical hotel located right on Route 66 and nestled in the town of Williams. The entire staff is accommodating and hospitable. The remodel looks amazing and the gold tiled ceilings add a wonderful touch. We were really impressed with how easy the owners made our experience. If you want to have a special event in Arizona, this is the place!

We offer exclusive drinking packages starting at just $10 per person, which include a selection of local wines and beers to suit your celebration. For those looking to add a touch of elegance, we also provide champagne toasts with a variety of flavors and varietals—please inquire for available options. Please note that all drinks are available for purchase only at our establishment, and outside alcohol is not permitted.

We offer onsite parking for hotel guests. If you are not staying in a hotel room, there are two public parking lots conveniently located just 1-2 blocks from the ballroom. Additionally, street parking is plentiful and free of charge. For added convenience, we also have professional drivers for couples to hire to assist with valet services, should that be desired.

We are somewhat accessible-friendly; however, our hotel is not ADA certified due to its location in a historic district. If you have any concerns, please contact us—we are happy to assist with room selections for guests with mobility considerations.

We handle setup and cleanup, including tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens. Additionally, we provide an on-site coordinator for the day of the event and offer early check-in options with Carriage House 3.

For our basic package, 8 hours and for the 2 other we include 12 hours of rental time:)

All booking fees for our facilities, as well as all payments made, including the retainer, are non-refundable. We are able to adjust event dates based on availability; however, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or date changes. In the event of cancellation within forty (40) days of the scheduled event date, you will be billed for the full amount of all estimated charges.

Williams, AZ, is near several airports. The closest is Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG), about 50 minutes away, with flights to Phoenix Sky Harbor and regional destinations. For larger flights, Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) is about 2.5 to 3 hours by car. Flagstaff is also served by Amtrak’s Southwest Chief Route, connecting Chicago and Los Angeles. The Flagstaff station is accessible and offers convenient transfers to Williams via shuttle, taxi, or rideshare, providing a scenic and relaxed arrival option.

Yes! We can set you up on a monthly payment plan of any amount. As long as the wedding is paid in full prior to your arrival we are good to go.
