Absolutely fantastic Wedding Planners!

Wedgewood Weddings was everything I wanted and needed in a wedding planning experience. Working full time doesn’t afford me a ton of extra time to plan a wedding, and they were so accommodating and relatively affordable, especially considering everything that they offer! Our coordinator Mayzee was so kind and friendly and we enjoyed working with her! There was a lot of work to be done on the front end when we were trying to figure out what exactly we wanted to do, but there was minimal stress in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and absolutely zero stress the day of. I seriously can’t recommend them enough.

Decent venue

Sterling is a great space to hold your wedding or event, the price is good for what they offer, and the space is beautiful. Food was great, drinks were fantastic. Some issues with the staff and services provided for sure, our coordinator left a few hours early, and her replacement missed some pretty important cues, also for whatever reason, packing and returning all of our stuff was a total hassle, they didn’t pack it well at all, and we are still missing a few things. When returning the following day they had some of our decorations set up and looking like they were going to be used for the event the following day, we also had a clothes steamer in the bridal suite and the venue found it, didn’t think to call us, only returned it once we realized 48 hrs later that it wasn’t in our things. Still missing the 100 cutco scissors that were also last seen in the bridal suite. We were also told there would be onsite security for our event, which there was not. A few people definitely started to wander in, not the best area for that. Overall a good experience, some issues that should be addressed for sure though.

Beautiful Wedding! Do not recommend hotel stay

We had the most wonderful wedding with Wedgewood Weddings at the Sterling Hotel. I am thoroughly impressed with our planning team. Christina read my mind about what needed to be done and when, and she alleviated so much of my worries, allowing me to really enjoy my day. She was phenomenal and highly recommend working with her and the planning team. We also booked overnight stays with the Sterling Hotel, which I was not extremely pleased with. This in no way impacts the phenomenal service we received during our wedding with Christina and the Wedgewood Team. The hotel services that are unrelated to the wedding package were below satisfaction. The concierge had short hours and were difficult to get a hold of. Our room keys would not remain synced throughout the evening and we had multiple people locked out of our rooms. The rooms were nice, however one of the rooms we booked was way too hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. In all, we are overall displeased with the hotel services at the Sterling Hotel. But, we are overwhelmingly impressed with the Wedgewood Team's services!

The team at Sterling Hotel By Wedgewood Weddings was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their communication was always quick, professional, and friendly, putting us at ease throughout the planning process. The venue itself is truly stunning, with a luxurious, Victorian-inspired design that felt both timeless and classic. Averi, our coordinator, did an amazing job handling all the last-minute tasks we asked of her, and the all-inclusive packages with the provided worksheets made planning our special day a breeze. Every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was truly memorable. We would highly recommend Sterling Hotel to any couple looking for a breathtaking, stress-free wedding experience.
