Our team works hard to create beautiful, stress-free celebrations for every couple, and it’s disappointing when a situation becomes misrepresented publicly. To clarify, we inform all of our brides verbally the week before their wedding about décor drop-off and storage procedures. These policies exist to ensure smooth operations, as we host multiple events each weekend. Unfortunately, your matron of honor went out of her way to cause issues with our staff both the week prior and during the rehearsal—speaking to the team in a rude and offensive manner and disregarding clear instructions. This created unnecessary tension that made it difficult for our staff to do their jobs. Even your brother personally acknowledged to our team that the matron of honor tends to cause problems everywhere she goes. Several details mentioned in your review do not reflect what actually occurred. We also have photo and video documentation confirming that the uplighting and other contracted services were provided as agreed. We serve a diverse community and proudly host hundreds of weddings for clients of all backgrounds—Latin, Caribbean, African-American, and more. Any claim of discrimination is deeply hurtful and completely false. We sincerely wish you both happiness in your marriage and future endeavors.
