Ranch Austin is located on 25-acre in Austin, TX, just 15 minutes from downtown Austin. Whether you want a casual or rustic celebration or an elegant affair, Ranch Austin can be decorated to fit any wedding theme or style. Both indoor and outdoor options. The indoor space offers chandeliers, large windows and can accommodate up to 200 guests (160 recommended). The 10,000 sq. ft. patio boasts a covered stage, a full bar, a fire pit and is surrounded by oak trees wrapped in lights. Your guests will love the magical ambiance of this beautiful space. The property also features dressing rooms and a prep kitchen, so you'll have everything you need for a flawless event. Outside vendors are welcome here, so you can customize your event to your liking. The venue is available to rent for 12 hours and the rental includes setup services, tables, chairs, a ceremony arch, and audio equipment.

Ranch Austin Review
Ranch Austin Wedding Venue was the perfect choice for our wedding. From the moment we inquired, they were quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and made the planning process a breeze. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful - the well-manicured grounds and elegant indoor spaces provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. The team at Ranch Austin was efficient, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our day was flawless. They even allowed us to store some of our wedding items at the venue overnight, which was a huge help. We are so grateful to have been able to host our entire wedding at this amazing venue. We cannot recommend Ranch Austin highly enough to any couple looking for a stunning, stress-free wedding experience.

Ranch Austin Wedding Venue was an amazing choice for our wedding! The communication from the venue staff was always nice, fast, and patient throughout the entire process. The quality of their work and overall value was great and they have a very large, beautiful space. Everyone loved the gorgeous trees, the adorable longhorns, and the overall ambiance of the venue. The hosts were incredible and they helped us through every step of planning our special day. I would 100% recommend Ranch Austin Wedding Venue to any couple looking for a stunning, one-of-a-kind wedding venue!
Everyone loved it!
Ranch Austin was a great venue! We had an all-day event, with our morning ceremony on the new (as of fall 2025) covered patio and our reception mostly indoors. We had 110 guests for our ceremony and 100 for the reception, and found that we had plenty of room. One aspect that our guests loved was that they could be in the thick of things if they wanted to, but there was also plenty of space for a private conversation or quiet moment away from the noise. The longhorns and donkeys were a huge hit as well! Especially for our out of town guests; friends from LA, NYC, and Miami were thrilled to have photos with longhorns in the background to show their friends back home. The owners were also very helpful, answering dozens of questions that came up as we booked our other vendors. They responded to emails quickly, and were very understanding when our caterer, event staff, and families had questions in the days leading up to the wedding. We were concerned that there wouldn't be enough toilets (there are only 2 stalls in the women's bathroom and 2 urinals and a stall in the men's) but it didn't seem to be an issue at all. There was never a line for the bathroom. I'd happily book Ranch Austin again! Especially for the price, we got tons of time at the venue and more than enough space for all of our loved ones.
