Established in 2022, we are known for our personalized service, custom packages, and a place where you will feel like family. Pleasant Pastures sits on 64-acres in the gently rolling hills of Hillman, MN owned by The Jennings Family. Samuel and Mindi lovingly care for cattle, sheep, and chickens...all of which you and your guests are welcome to explore. The venue is tucked down in a park-like setting and is breathtaking in its beauty. With numerous picturesque scenic options perfect for all your Instagram dreams. The team here at Pleasant Pastures desires to create a lifetime of memories for you! Providing a ceremony site under a giant old oak tree and pond, along with a large commercial tent with concrete dance floor to host your reception. This is your complete all-inclusive weekend package for up to 150 guests! If you want to stress less, relax more, enjoy your guests and family, and have less responsibility on yourself and wedding party, then this is your dream package. Access the venue from 3pm the day before till 11am the day after your event. We even allow camping on our property for your family & the wedding party. Enjoy the concrete dance floor under the commercial tent.

No One We Would Rather Work With!
Working with Pleasant Pastures Weddings and Events was a truly magical experience. From the moment we first reached out, the team was compassionate, thoughtful, and incredibly professional in their communication. Mindi and the staff broke down the planning process into smaller, manageable steps using their convenient online portal, which included helpful tools like a venue layout program and examples of detailed day-of timelines. The entire weekend staff was also extremely attentive and detail-oriented, ensuring that our wedding day ran seamlessly - from managing the weather-sensitive tent setup to providing a stunning selection of decor that made cleanup a breeze. Most importantly, we never felt like just another couple on their weekend schedule. The Jennings family welcomed us into their home and made us feel like cherished members of their own family. Our guests are still raving about the stunning, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere of the venue, which allowed everyone to truly be themselves and celebrate with us. We will forever be grateful for the exceptional service and care that Pleasant Pastures provided on our special day.
Felt like family
From the moment we stepped foot on the venue property we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine interest in our story and a desire to make sure we had the best experience possible at Pleasant Pastures. The venue is absolutely stunning and has so many amenities! There's nothing around that compares to this venue so we booked it right on the spot! The staff has been very quick to respond and helpful in so many ways. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend this venue.

Pleasant Pastures has been such a great experience for us from start to finish. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly taking care of anything we need. The property is well maintained and you can tell the family run venue means a lot to the venue owners. They take pride in everything they do. There was so much included in the wedding package and with their preferred vendor list, booking other vendors was a breeze. Everything ran so smoothly, the reception tent was beautiful, our guests loved the grain bin bar with bartender included, and the large clean restroom trailer was such a nice bonus. I would highly recommend Pleasant Pastures Events!
