About this venue

Mission Vineyard Ranch is a family-owned wedding and event space where elegance and intimacy meet California beauty and history. Located on a working ranch in San Juan Bautista, we are just 40 minutes south of San Jose, 30 minutes east of the coastal towns of Santa Cruz, Monterey and Carmel-by-the-Sea, and on the doorstep of a historic Mission town, a wine trail, and an array of outdoor recreation areas.

Description

Putting a wedding together is no small task! The Stay the Night package allows you to extend your ranch experience by adding sleeping accommodations for up to 15 people right on the property. Unfortunately, we cannot welcome pets at this time. Includes coffee and tea in the mornings.

    We married at the historic & inspiring San Juan Bautista mission church. From there we enjoyed a horse drawn carriage ride to Mission Vineyard Ranch. Mexican trio music with appetizers & drinks in the fountain patio welcomed all of us. The buffet meal, speeches, toasts & dancing around the pool and lawn overlooking the valleys and mountains transported all of us into joyful community and shared happiness. What a magical day in magical places!!! Thank you!

    Mission Vineyard Ranch is a truly magical place to host a wedding. Our experience was perfect in every way and our friends and family universally rate our wedding as one of the best they have ever attended. If making memories is what you are after, this is the place for you. The unique location is both spectacular and intimate and the family owners are an incredibly thoughtful, invested group who are consummate professionals to work with.

    This wedding venue is so beautiful! It has multiple ceremony options, a big lawn, and house area for the bride and groom to get married in. We especially loved Katie who was so communicative and kind. She is a wonderful person to work with!

    Words are hardly sufficient to capture the special place that is Rancho Las Flores. Its stunning natural beauty, authentic "Old California" character, and close proximity to the San Francisco Bay Area and Monterey Peninsula provided everything that my husband and I were looking for in a venue. To this day, we regularly hear from guests that ours was the most beautiful wedding they've ever attended. (Dead serious!) Rancho Las Flores is located just minutes from the adorable village of San Juan Bautista. Locals and visitors alike raved about the coffee shops, restaurants, and antique stores they explored during wedding weekend. The private estate itself, tucked into rolling hills, is truly picturesque. Our guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the front patio surrounded by a fragrant garden and oak trees. Afterwards, we dined and danced around the pool in the backyard—under twinkly lights and the most incredible starry sky. Communication and professionalism were top-notch from the moment we submitted our inquiry. The team cannot be beat. They worked with us to ensure that all went smoothly—including vendor coordination, set-up, and clean-up—and the entire day went perfectly. Don't hesitate to book this magical spot.
