The Ballroom

The Lake Valhalla Club welcomes the opportunity of hosting your special affair.

The dramatic ballroom features a vaulted beamed ceiling, two grand stone fireplaces with rustic mantles, and a picturesque balcony with wooden banister. The adjoining porch area reveals floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular views of the 90-acre lake. The venue comfortably accommodates up to 225 guests with a 20' X 30' dance floor. In the warmer months, you may have your ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors with a panoramic view of the lake and mountains.

Lake Valhalla Club Wedding
The Lake Valhalla Club was a mixed bag for our wedding day. Their communication was inconsistent - we often had trouble reaching them and experienced delays in their responses. However, the venue itself was cozy and rustic, with the perfect size and layout for our 85 guests. The bartenders were great, and the staff had no issues coordinating with our other vendors. The food was abundant and delicious. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication about the lunch provided for the wedding party as they provided a small salad for 15 people, and we noticed some maintenance items like a ladder left on the lawn as well as trash inside from getting ready in the morning without being cleaned up by the staff. We were also told there was a "bridal assistant" but there was not on the day of. Overall, the Lake Valhalla Club provided a nice setting for our special day, but the communication challenges and minor logistical issues were a bit frustrating.

I can’t say enough about Lake Valhalla. Coleen was a wonderful banquet manager to deal with. Everyone was there to make our day so special from the service to David who was our maitre d for the day. I can’t thank Coleen, David, Dan and Chris enough. Thank you for making Gabrielle and Bills wedding an event we will always remember

In A League of Their Own
Lake Valhalla Club is truly in a league of their own. Leading up to our November wedding, Coleen was endlessly helpful by quickly answering any questions we had. On the night of, Daniel and David seamlessly dealt with any last minute things that came up, kept us on schedule, and made our night unforgettable. Our guests still can’t stop raving about the food, the rustic vibes, the gorgeous views of the lake, and the superb level of service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our guests with food allergies which was so appreciated. We utilized their list of preferred vendors and were blown away by everyone. Booking our wedding at Lake Valhalla was the best decision we made!

A Hidden Gem in NJ
What an incredible venue and experience! When my partner and I were first looking for venues for our wedding, Lake Valhalla Club was our first. By the time the tour was over, it was our only! First, the setting is incredible, backed right up to the lake with trees surrounding it, making for a perfect fall wedding backdrop. What is really nice is that the venue has plans in place for all weather scenarios, whether its sunny, raining/snowing and most importantly if its cold, with indoor space and large heated tent. The staff at the club are incredible!! Throughout the process Coleen and her staff made everything very simple and stress free. On the day itself the staff was exceptional, and Dan and David our maitre d's were so attentive to our needs, including making sure we had some time to ourselves to decompress and enjoy all the food from the cocktail hour which was much appreciated. Lastly was the food. We have been to a lot of weddings and at so many of them, the food was subpar or average at best. But not Lake Valhalla! All of our guests and even some of our vendors we're saying that it was some of the best wedding food they had ever had! The filet mignon and the salmon were especially popular. In general, we were so fortunate to find Lake Valhalla Club and make it our venue for our special day. We cannot thank them or recommend them enough for yours!

The venue is gorgeous and has that rustic charm that’s so popular today. The staff is amazing and attentive and will go above and beyond to make sure it’s the best day ever. I have nothing but the best to say about them. I could not recommend them enough. They will ensure that everything goes off without a hitch, they get to know their couples throughout the planning process and make sure your day is nothing short of pure perfection. They will see to it that you have the best day ever, that is stress-free and wonderful. As much as I hated planning a wedding, I would do it all over again because of the dedication and care that Lake Valhalla Club gives to your day.
