If you are looking for a beautiful, grand space to host your wedding or event...look no further than the Circuit Center! Not only is the space aesthetically pleasing, but the staff, AV team, food, and service are all TOP notch. It's hard to find a venue that ticks ALL the boxes, but the Circuit Center truly does, and then some! It is always a pleasure working along side this team to create a memorable 5 star experience for our mutual clients! Looking forward to many more events together in the future!

I’ve designed for a couple weddings at Circuit Center and Ballroom over the last year. All times I’ve worked with them they have been easy to get ahold of and efficient. They recently had a change in their vendor coordinator. Chelsey is the new person in the position and it was a much more enjoyable and relaxed set up than previous times. This is a great venue for vendors to have easy access to set up space, access to water, trash, carts, and next day break down. And not to mention it’s a huge, gorgeous space! Highly recommend

Yes, we offer free self-parking.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the side entrances and trained staff.

Your reservation includes five hours from start to finish. Additional rental time is $1,000 per hour and $500 per half hour. Additional labor fees will also apply.

No, our venue is fully insured.

Events cancelled prior to 90 days before scheduled date will be entitled to a refund of 50% of invoice paid, not including full room fee. No refunds will be extended to cancellations within 90 days of event.

Tables & Chairs (Included) Tables available at Rockwell Park: • 9 × 5’ x 5’ square tables • 7 × 60” round tables • 28 × 8’ rectangular tables • 4 × 48” round tables Alternate table sizes can be rented at an additional cost. Bamboo Chiavari chairs with white cushions are included. Linens • $4.95 per person for ivory linens o Includes tablecloths and linen napkins o Alternate linen napkin options are available upon request at no additional cost Rentals • Glassware, plates, and flatware vary based on selections, but average approximately $20 per person

Yes, The Fluted Mushroom provides food and beverage catering and services. We offer a variety of options for both sit-down dinners and buffets. We also offer carving stations, as well as passed or stationary hors d'oeuvres. We offer a selection of bar services as well. Only food and beverage approved by The Fluted Mushroom may be served on site.

Yes, our location is near hotels in the East End (Bloomfield, Oakland, & Bakery Square)
