Rented hours must include set-up and breakdown time for renter and all vendors. All events must be cleaned up and out of the building by rental end time on contract.     Boca Ciega Ballroom was the perfect venue for our wedding day. Their communication was excellent - Cameron was on-site, very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The venue itself is beautiful, spacious, and has stunning views. The afternoon shade and clean facilities made it an ideal location for our special event. Guests are still talking about the gorgeous setting we chose for our wedding. Everything about Boca Ciega Ballroom was ideal for our large event, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice.
