About this venue

Black Canyon Inn has 2 beautiful event spaces! The Boulders venue can accommodate up to 200 guests and aesthetically is a modern event space with natural rock and industrial chandelier lighting. The ceremony and reception take place within the two-story building and there are large accordion opening windows for mountain views throughout your ceremony and reception. The Homestead & Wedding Pavilion Venue can accommodate up to 100 guests and has an outdoor covered Pavilion with mountain views as the ceremony space and a historic rustic cabin for the reception space. We offer an active duty military discount of 10% off our venue fee! We are grateful for your service!

    I had the BEST time working with Black Canyon Inn, specifically Haley. She was such a wonderful coordinator and was able to accommodate every single one of my requests. She carried everything out flawlessly and so many of our guests said it was such a fun day. The pricing is very fair for what you're getting (I got married 1/10/26), and I wasn't disappointed in ANYTHING. I couldn't believe that they wouldn't charge me extra for making all the food gluten free (I'm celiac), like who does that?? The bar was amazing, food was delicious, and the venue is just gorgeous. We also had our rehearsal dinner at The Homestead, and I've uploaded a pic of that since it's harder to find those online! I seriously could not recommend them enough!!

    After our wedding here a few weeks ago, I can tell you that the Boulders at Black Canyon Inn is the definition of perfection. The view is hard to beat, which was initially why we booked it so quickly without even seeing it in person. But there is so much more about a Black Canyon Inn wedding than the stunning view that made it perfect. After booking, they were always so responsive to questions we had along the way. Around 4.5 months before the wedding, we were assigned Anna as our coordinator and I could go on and on about how amazing she was. With Anna’s guidance, nailing down the final details for the wedding day felt like a breeze. On the day of, everything ran so smoothly thanks to Anna’s attention to detail and the rest of the staff’s execution. And for the end of the night, we were in great hands with Gilberto. As mentioned in so many other reviews, the food was excellent. Ever since our catering tasting, we were excited for the food (particularly the appetizers!) and I know our guests loved it all as well. The venue space itself, the view, the food, and most importantly, the staff are a huge reason that we had the wedding of our dreams. I would highly recommend

    We had the most amazing experience with our wedding venue at the Boulders and our incredible venue coordinator, Amber. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and so enjoyable thanks to their professionalism and support. Amber was prompt with emails, attentive to every detail, and truly went above and beyond to help bring our vision to life. On the day of the wedding, everything ran so smoothly — the staff was incredibly organized, professional, and kind. We felt completely taken care of, and it allowed us to just enjoy the moment. The venue itself was beautiful, and the meal was absolutely delicious — our guests are still raving about it! We honestly can’t say enough good things about Amber and the entire team. If you’re looking for a venue that’s not only stunning but backed by a reliable, thoughtful, and dedicated staff, this is the one. Highly, highly recommend!

    The team at Black Canyon Inn was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their communication was efficient, quick, and thorough, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. The venue itself is gorgeous, with a modern and unique style that provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. The food was incredible, and the on-site coordinator, Anna, went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Anna's calming demeanor was great during what can be a stressful time, and she truly made us feel cared for every step of the way!
