THE COMMONS is a light-filled, open-concept event space designed for ceremonies, dinners and large gatherings.
With two 12-foot-tall glass garage doors and abundant south-facing light, the space is flooded with natural warmth throughout the day—creating a stunning backdrop and enhancing every moment and photo.

Perfect for couples wanting more control or who are working with a planner already! Please note: This package does not include a professional day of coordinator, which is required. We require event insurance with a policy of up to $1,000,000 coverage (cost approx. $175). This package does not provide catering or beverage services. We require couples use our Preferred List of providers to ensure a full-service day!

Includes venue access, ceremony and reception spaces, tables and chairs, set up and teardown. Please note: Pricing for catering varies by guest count and menu selection. All menu options include appetizers, salad and entree. Food estimate is $60-105 per person.
