Room blocks are offered and based on availability and venue location.     From the moment my husband and I first reached out to the team at Bear Mountain Inn, we were impressed by their attentive and professional communication style. They were always quick to respond to our questions and helped us feel at ease throughout the entire planning process. On the day of our wedding, the staff maintained a relaxed and calming presence, allowing us to fully enjoy the celebration. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, and with the guidance of their coordinator Tracy, we were able to transform the space into the wedding of our dreams. We were blown away by the quality of their work, which far exceeded our expectations, especially considering the amazing value they provided. The team even let us get into the venue the day before to set everything up. It was truly the wedding we had envisioned, and we are so grateful to the Bear Mountain Inn for helping make it a reality.
