Hi there! I'm Ellie Kohler, the heart behind Weddings of Southern California. My journey started at the Newport Beach Film Festival, where I learned event logistics and found my passion for celebrating love. Since launching Weddings of Southern California, I’ve coordinated beautiful weddings at venues like Agape 1928, Riverside Convention Center, and Wedgewood Aliso Viejo. Whether it's an intimate ceremony or a grand 300-person celebration, I am dedicated to making sure the start of your love story is everything you envisioned it to be and more.

What sets me apart is the love and care I put into your wedding day. Leading up to your special day, we'll spend quality time together in three key meetings: the Timeline Creation, Walkthrough, and Final Details meeting, so that I'm not just a stranger when the big day arrives. From our very first meeting, we’ll have a blast mapping out your day. Together, we'll make sure your wedding day is mapped out to be exactly the way you envisioned it. I’ll be there every step of the way, ensuring everything runs smoothly so you can focus on what truly matters—marrying the love of your life!

    Ellie cares for her clients!

    Ellie was there for us offering affordable services when we needed it! She was able to help us work with a very small budget and plan a day that we will never forget.     Amazing !!!

    Weddings of Southern California was absolutely the best wedding planning company we could have hoped for. Ellie, our coordinator, was awesome - she was so helpful and made sure everything go exactly to plan. She was just amazing all around, and really helped to calm my nerves throughout the process. Ellie was so sweet and really made it so much easier on me. I would definitely recommend going with Weddings of Southern California and specifically requesting Ellie as your coordinator - she is truly the best at what she does.

    Wedding Day Coordinator

    Out of all the vendors that we contracted for our wedding day, Ellie was by far the best decision we could have made! From our very first phone call with her she was so warm and assuring, making us feel comfortable and less stressed out about the big day. All the video meetings and messages that followed really helped us get a feel on how things were going to play out and it took a lot of the initial stresses we were feeling away. When the day was finally upon us Ellie was absolutely amazing in ensuring that things ran smoothly and according to the schedule that we had curated together. She was present in everything, all while remaining invisible. Ryan and I can’t thank her enough for putting our vision into fruition and orchestrating such a stress free day for us. Ellie is incredible at her job and we can’t recommend her enough to anyone that’s getting married!
