After being involved in over 10 weddings as a bridesmaid, wedding singer, and behind-the-scenes problem solver, Madison realized she had a natural eye for keeping a wedding day running smoothly. That experience turned into a passion and The Day Of STL was born. Madison now brings that same energy and attention to detail to every couple she works with.

The Day Of STL keeps it personal. Madison is your coordinator from the first inquiry to the end of your wedding night, and a second coordinator is by her side on your wedding day so nothing gets missed.

The Day Of STL offers three coordination packages that vary in coverage hours, meetings, and support level. Services range from rehearsal coordination, décor styling, vendor communication, and bridal party direction to personalized timeline creation, reception flow assistance, coordinating grand entrances and exits, breakdown assistance, and a second coordinator on your wedding day.

    Efficient, Kind, and Organized

    I found Madison a month before the wedding date and she felt like an answered prayer. From day 1, Madison was able to provide support and guidance that I hadn't considered. My wedding had several vendors and required a great deal of communication and execution. On the Day of the Wedding, The Day of STL, handled a vendor hiccup with no problem and I was able to enjoy the day with no stress. Madison and Team kept us on time the wedding flowed beautifully.     100 out of 5 stars if I could!

    I hired Madison as our day of coordinator due to feeling stressed about other people in my world "working" during my wedding day instead of enjoying it. Madison made sure with her whole heart that this did not happen. She took care of everything and many things we were not thinking of. She handed out NYE celebration supplies when I did not think to do that (just for the photo booth), made sure I stayed on schedule (my other biggest stress), and even found my grandmother a handicapped accessible bathroom. And most importantly, my family and friends were able to enjoy our wedding day completely. She took care of setting up, taking down and everything in between. Every meeting or text exchange with her calmed my nerves so I felt confident going into the day. It is very clear that Madison has excellent organization and execution skills and is truly a joy to work with. If you are thinking about hiring a day of coordinator, Madison is your girl!!
