Swanky Soiree is a full service coordinator, partial planner, day of coordinator, style advisor, theme/color scheme organizer, graphic designer and a support system. Our goal is to take the stress off of you so that you can enjoy your event to the fullest. No matter what your budget and style are, we love a challenge.

What separates this event planning business from others is that we have the ability to design unique personalized custom stationary for save the dates, invitations, menus, escort cards, programs and many other stationary needs. We also offer many in house rentals; such as, floating candles, lanterns, arches, draping, lighting, table top decor, chargers, etc.

    If you are looking for a wedding planning and design team that will make your big day completely stress-free and absolutely beautiful, look no further than Swanky Soiree — we cannot recommend them enough! Christina was incredible with the design side of things, bringing our vision to life in ways we couldn't have even imagined. Her creativity and attention to detail were evident in every single element of our celebration. Stefanie, our lead planner, was an absolute rockstar. She kept everything running seamlessly from start to finish and made sure we didn't have to worry about a single thing. Having her in our corner meant we could be fully present and enjoy every moment of our day. On the day itself, Lianne and Lizzy were right there with us, making sure everything went off without a hitch. They were so kind, warm, and attentive — always one step ahead, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. We never had to lift a finger! The entire Swanky Soiree team is the definition of professional, and more importantly, they truly care about their couples. If you want a team that will handle every detail with grace and make your wedding day feel effortless and magical, this is the team for you. Five stars all around!

    Best experience ever

    We used Swanky for our wedding at Longboat key club on Nov 1st. Nicole was our planner and she was just wonderful. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing the day of my wedding. She was so helpful and took care of everything. I can’t thank Nicole enough for all her hard work she put into our special day.
