With over a decade of experience, Lucid Events has designed and managed hundreds of weddings of all styles, from luxury affairs to nationally-published fairytale weddings. Lucid Events has won multiple awards, including Best FL Wedding Planner on CBS News! Offering both full and partial planning, we cover all of your wedding planning needs. Assistance in finding the perfect venue and vendors, creating guest lists, timelines, event design, and day-of coordination can all be looked after with ease.

We are here to be your wedding bestie, not just another vendor (and we'll surely find you the best team all around). Our couples love they can call, text, and zoom us any time they need! Need inspo? We got you!! :) Owner and lead planner, Gina, has spent 3 years spent working for WW and 12 years in the event industry, including managing Disney Events, which makes her exceptionally knowledgeable, insightful, and your perfect partner in planning!

    Gina absolutely saved my life when my previous coordinator / rentals fell through 7 weeks before my wedding. She calmly stepped in and coordinated new rentals and inventory which took so much stress off of my back. She is kind and funny and listened to all of my requests and made them happen! I am super grateful for her!

    Do yourself a favor and get in touch with Gina!

    As someone who is overwhelmed by big decisions and a chronic overthinker, I could not recommend Gina enough! She is an extremely organized and dependable person that you want in your corner when planning your wedding. She has an excellent list of venues and vendors that we used for our own wedding and getting everything set up with them was a breeze thanks to her! We worked with her for about a year and a half, and she was there to answer every question about every tiny detail I had. Whether I sent a quick thought through a text or a long rambling email about my anxieties around planning the wedding at 3 AM, she was always there to lend an ear with a quick response and kind reassurance. My husband and I have opposite work schedules, and Gina was so accommodating when it came to scheduling meetings and appointments that we could all attend. She will make your day so special and stress-free, and she truly felt like a friend by the end of the whole planning process! Thank you, Gina! :)

    Lucid Events Design!!

    I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Gina. From start to finish, she was absolutely incredible. She was so responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. Gina walked me through the entire process, made sure I understood all my options, and was always willing to answer my questions (no matter how small). Anytime I felt stressed or unsure, she put my mind completely at ease. On top of all that, she was a blast to work with. She was super fun, upbeat, and someone who made the entire planning process feel exciting instead of overwhelming. Her professionalism, organization, and calm presence were unmatched. I honestly don’t know how I would’ve done this without her, and I would recommend Gina a thousand times over to any couple planning their wedding.
