This package includes everything from coordination plus: 1 planning meeting per month and unlimited communication Comprehensive venue walkthrough and customized floor plan design Research, selection, and booking assistance for up to 5 vendors Design assistance and mood board creation	This package is tailored for couples ready to enjoy their wedding day without the stress of managing details. We’ll meet with you twice to finalize timelines, discuss ceremony logistics, and coordinate decor and cleanup, so you can focus on making memories. For our full planning and partial planning package, we recommend as early as possible! We prefer to help our clients anywhere from 8-12 months before their wedding, if possible. For coordination, anytime before 3 months out is perfect!

Yes! Weddings within a 50 mile radius of Scottsdale are included in your pricing, but anything farther than that would receive a travel and accommodation fee based on location distance. This covers flight, lodging + basic necessities for the planner and assistants while in your city!

We use Honeybook for all of our invoicing, contracts, and communication. If you prefer email or text, totally fine - we are happy to pivot once you book! As for planning, we use Aisle Planner to keep all of your details in one place that we both can collaboratively work from. We also utilize Canva to create our custom design decks + stylized timeline documents.
