As a wedding planner and a mom of three I bring an unmatched level of attention to detail, adaptability, and calm problem solving to every celebration. I’ve learned how to anticipate needs, think quickly, and handle the unexpected with grace, skills that make all the difference on a wedding day.

This package includes creative concept development, theme and color palette creation, layout and styling direction, detailed planning and timeline management, vendor coordination, and day-of oversight. We handle the logistics while bringing your vision to life, ensuring every detail is cohesive, organized, and executed flawlessly so you can enjoy your event stress free.	This package is designed to manage all logistics on the day of your event. Services include timeline execution, vendor coordination, event flow management, and on site oversight to ensure everything runs smoothly while you enjoy your day stress-free.

Ivory and White planned my wedding so beautifully it was almost like I wasn't even needed. The wedding planner took my ideas and my vision and brought it to life so magically. This was by far the BEST day of my life, and I give all the credit to Ivory and White. I couldn't have chosen a better person to go through this day with myself and my now husband.

From the start, Ivory and White were a dream to work with. Their communication was quick, efficient, and professional, and they were incredibly flexible and hardworking throughout the entire planning process. The quality of her work was truly creative and simple, exceeding our expectations at every turn. Kaitlyn, helped set up the venue to perfection and even assisted with creating a few signs with her penmanship. We couldn't have pulled off our special day without their expertise and attention to detail. Highly recommend Ivory and White to any couple looking for a top-notch wedding planning team. In the photos you can see in the background how great of a job she did. Sadly, our photographer didn’t get some good shots of the decor :(
