I step in as your logistics manager to absorb the stress and handle the "in-between" tasks. Combining my professional project management background with a passion for execution, I safeguard your energy so you can stay focused on the love rather than the labor. I don’t just coordinate the day; I protect your presence in it.

What sets me apart is my background as a Certified Project Manager. I apply corporate-level organization and risk mitigation to your wedding day to ensure your timeline never slips. Unlike traditional coordinators, I specialize in the silent gap logistics like DIY setup that often fall on the couple. I provide 15-hour onsite coverage to act as your logistical shield, ensuring every detail is handled so you can remain a guest at your own wedding.

Best for the couple with a vision who needs an expert to handle the heavy lifting. Full coverage for your wedding day plus 1-2 additional events. Total logistics and drama shielding. I manage your travel itineraries, hotel blocks, and budget tracking while acting as a proactive mediator for family dynamics. Includes three custom personal errands and post-ceremony attire preservation/rental returns.

Whether you're dreaming of a local celebration or a getaway across the globe, our Destination Wedding services are just as flexible. We offer the same tiered support abroad as we do at home, ranging from Day-of Coordination to ensure your travel logistics run smoothly, to Full-Service Planning where we handle international vendors, venue scouting, and decor set-up from afar.

The Day-Of Detail is for couples who’ve planned it all but want to be guests at their own wedding. We offer 15 hours of all-day service. We assist with DIY set up. We drive the schedule and handle final tips/load-out. Secure gift handling and "Make It Yours" Flex (one custom errand).

    Best Decision Ever

    I can’t say enough good things about her work! She has helped me plan multiple events, and each one has come out beautifully. She’s incredibly thoughtful, detail-oriented, and always one step ahead. I never have to worry because she makes sure everything is handled and executed on time. She’s also very easy to communicate with and always open to ideas while adding her own creative touch.     Not Just a Planner… a Whole Financial Asset

    We haven’t even chosen our venue yet and I already know hiring her was one of the BEST decisions I’ve made in this entire wedding process.
