We serve couples who are madly involve but also madly dedicated to their work, school, friends, and don't really have time to plan their wedding. We are a TEAM of Austin Wedding Planners. So while you will primarily interact with your lead coordinator, we have a team behind the scenes advocating and preparing for you to have the most amazing day! By having more than 1 coordinator that is familiar with your wedding details, you have multiple sets of eyes making sure the day is planned to a tee and runs smoothly. Having a team ensure that no detail or moment is overlooked and someone is always available to step in and lead.

We believe that marriage is a sacred once in a lifetime event so you deserve an epic once in a lifetime party! While we value tradition, we love to work with couples who aren't afraid to do things outside the norm. We are and always will be a LGBTQ friendly business. All are welcome here.

Need a little something in between Coordination and Full Planning? We totally get that, which is why we offer custom packages! Our most popular add-on is design services or individual planning meetings to discuss all things wedding and make sure you're making the right decisions.

Our coordination package is Ideal if you feel like you've got everything under control (probably a natural planner). But you want to enjoy your wedding day and really just hand over the plans in a pretty bow to a coordinator.

    Hiring the Bianca Nichole team was one of the smartest decisions we made. When we first met with Kelly, we appreciated her genuine interest in our relationship and vision for the wedding. We were having trouble taking our design ideas from 2D to 3D, and Kelly did that for us. The first design proposal she sent us was great, and each new version got even better! She accepted all our feedback and incorporated it. The second reason we hired the team was to help match us with additional vendors. Kelly connected us with Christie Turner Floral Designs, Eventive Designs, Midnight Lighting, and Premiere Events Rentals. We were introduced to Maci when we were three months away from the wedding date. Immediately we could tell how prepared and detail oriented she was going to be. When we met her on December 18th at Lost Pines, it was such a relief to see her ask Gina many questions and begin to plan the day. Maci then took over all communication with our vendors; reducing the work for us! Two days before the wedding, we changed venues on the property because of the weather forecast. Maci led our team of vendors through executing Plan B to perfection. It was impressive how quickly she created that plan and aligned our vendors. God bless her for running around the venue on our wedding day making sure all was happening according to plan! Every time we asked a question to her or Chloe the answer was “it’s already been taken care of!” There was almost no work for my wife and I to do before and after because of them; we enjoyed every minute of the day!!

    Bianca and her team are the best of the best! I refer my couples to them because I know they will be in such great hands. They know how to take what each couple wants and really make their vision come to life! They're extremely organized, detail oriented and make the wedding day experience so much fun!

    We LOVE Bianca Nichole & Co! As soon as we hear that we are partnered with Bianca & her team for a wedding we immediately know that it is going to be a beautiful, smooth, & of course colorful. Not only do they go above & beyond for their clients but they go out of their way to ensure that every family member, guest, & fellow vendor is welcomed & well taken care of.     Hiring Bianca for month-of wedding coordination was one of the best decisions we made during wedding planning - she's an absolute joy to work with! She was there the entire process to keep us on track and offer recommendations. Once we had our final walkthrough and hand-off as we approached the wedding, my stress levels plummeted! Bianca put together a wonderful itinerary and took over all vendor communication, thinking of details we never would have even considered. On the wedding day itself, Bianca helped everything run smoothly so I didn't even have to think about anything other than having the best day marrying my best friend. If you're looking for a planner or coordinator, look no further - Bianca Nichole & Co is the best of the best!!
