Hi, I’m Olivia — the heart behind Beyond the Peaks Event in Roanoke, Virginia. I’m a Certified Wedding Planner through the CWP Society and a James Madison University Hospitality Management alum with eight years of experience planning weddings and special events. I believe your engagement should feel joyful, not overwhelming. With clear communication, thoughtful organization, and a calm presence, I help bring your vision to life. My Christian faith guides the way I serve, and it’s an honor to walk alongside couples during such a meaningful season.

No two weddings are the same — and your planning experience shouldn’t be either. We offer thoughtfully designed packages along with a variety of add-ons, allowing you to build a planning experience that fits your exact needs, priorities, and budget. Whether you’re looking for full-service guidance, partial planning support, or coordination for your big day, each package can be customized to ensure you feel fully supported. Already have your wedding planned but need someone to bring it all together? This package begins 1–2 months before your big day and includes planning meetings, timeline and vendor review, venue walkthrough, rehearsal coordination, and up to 8 hours of wedding day management. Optional add-ons like décor setup, bud vase assembly, table and chair setup, and trash removal are available for extra support.
