We’re Rachel and Mark, a husband-and-wife team based in Pollock Pines, nestled between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe. Together we’ve captured over 250 weddings across Northern California—from the Sierra Nevada mountains to the Bay Area, Yosemite, and beyond. Our work blends candid photography with cinematic videography, creating memories that feel real, romantic, and timeless.
We specialize in a hybrid photo + video approach, allowing us to capture every angle of your day seamlessly, often in two places at once—covering the quiet, candid moments and the big, unforgettable celebrations. Our top collections include both photography and video, with a 2-hour engagement session, a highlight film, and complimentary raw footage. For couples who want more, collections can also include a full wedding film with your ceremony, speeches, and first dances, along with additional shooters for even more coverage. Working with Rachel Reynolds Co. on our wedding this past weekend was an absolute joy and delight. Rachel partnered closely with us to ensure every moment was captured. From the first click to the last, her coverage was incredibly thorough, leaving no detail overlooked. I was lucky enough to join her call with our bride ahead of the wedding and heard how she expertly guided her through shot list development, support in family photo discussions, and made sure she got every portrait on her Pinterest board sorted. What really set Rachel apart is how comfortable our couple was in her capable hands. My bride and groom are the type of people who usually feel pretty awkward in front of a lens, but Rachel has this magic ability to make the camera disappear. She turned what could have been a stressful part of the day into something they were actually excited about. They went from camera-shy to completely comfortable, and that genuine joy radiated in the final shots. The photos are, quite simply, outstanding. Absolutely amazing work!
WOW! They turned out absolutely stunning! Every single one captured a beautiful moment, including our goofy ones. We are blown away by the amount and depth of detail in each photo. Rachel is fantastic!
I’m a wedding vendor, (Someone Said Yes DJ), and have worked with Rachel twice now. She’s awesome. What’s important to me is a few things. 1 - fun to work with. It’s a serious team effort to rock a wedding. Everyone has to be positive and on point. 2 - guest interaction has to be upbeat and professional. The photographer communicates with the guests to line up the photos. This has to be done with a great attitude and with professional instruction 3 - photos have to look amazing. This is what it comes down to. I love working with Rachel and am pretty confident you and your guests will feel the same. And don’t forget, your photos will be beautiful.
