Yes, we travel abroad for destinations. Travel expenses vary depending on flights, stay, etc.

Do you allow sliding scale deposits?

We do. We usually book at 50% deposit but allow 30% and in pressing matters go lower depending on variables such as the venue being booked and other vendors booked to gauge whether your wedding is secured for a date.

Who will edit our wedding video?

I originally began editing all my wedding couples' films. Since then I've grown to need additional help. My editing team has my adobe premier pro presets, storyline narrative styles, and templates in which they insert the footage filmed, color corrected. *We do revisions as well, to help you feel more control over your film*

How many videographers should we book for our wedding?

one company, 2 videographers. One primary videographer and the 2nd shooter who is directed by the lead. Reason being one videographer cannot capture both reactions and the important content such as (bride walking the isle, groom reaction). A still camera/tripod simple captures the entire ceremony in wide angle. Reactions are as important as words said, during reception, during ceremony. 2 videographers split time between groomsmen and bridesmaids getting ready shots. 2nd shooter is essential for 3 hour shift.

Can you still film our outdoor wedding if it rains on our wedding day?

We film through the rain constantly in florida. We perform audio excerpts, from officiants and various speakers to lay over the wedding day in the event of weather problems. We stay for the duration of the shift if onsite for the chance of a clearing for photo/video unless the bride/groom state otherwise.

Do you have insurance?

We have over 1mil coverage in general liability, injury liability, equipment, and seperate insurance specifically for drone coverage and drone liability. We can cover other vendors, or a bride/groom with our insurance alone.

yes, we hold all up to date licenses for commercial use of FAA Part 107 filming and productional use of footage that's been used on news channels, streaming services and more.

How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

If you're sure about us, book now. We book up to 2 years out. We contractually obligate services through the deposit so despite venue changes, date changes, we provide your services. You won't lose your deposit.

Who's our videographer

We are a team of videographers between South Florida through the southern most region of the U.S. We film on the same settings, share the same shotlist, and my editors use my presets and templates to edit. Joel oversees editing and videographer/photography to ensure quality control.

We do, inquire by submitting a request. We have all sorts of ideas.

Can anyone else see our wedding video?

Depends on your preference. If you don't like others seeing them, make the request and we won't use your content for marketing. As for sharing, you can feel free to share the video download links with anyone you choose. Our dropbox links are accessible to anyone you send the link too and on all platforms/devices.

How do we get our footage/films/photographs?

We offer a modern solution of digital download available via dropbox. Download is accessible immediately without use of mail or delivery. It's available on all platforms and devices. Using USB's run the risk of deffects and loss in delivery or loss once you receive them and are a fee for couples whereas dropbox subscriptions are paid by NickFlicks.

Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful.
