Stunning Pictures
We had a micro-wedding with only 24 guests in January. I was undecided whether to even hire a professional photographer, but came across MJ’s site on Facebook. When I spoke to her, I immediately decided that not only should I have a photographer, but that Marjorie needed to be hired! All of the planning was seamless and there was not one negative aspect to report. We had to change our plans at the venue for our outdoor photos, but Marjorie was extremely positive and flexible about the whole thing. The photos were stunning and I actually had her do extra work on a few of them to “fix” the colors of some of the flowers that the florist did not get right. I am keeping MJ’s number for any future photography needs I may have in Miami!!

Professional, Personable and Fun Photographer
When looking for a photographer, I cared about finding someone that knew how to make me comfortable. She directive when need, and I felt I needed it. MJ was professional, personable and helped bring out the “queen” in me. I tend to get shy and awkward in front of the camera but I felt confident with her. I was impressed with what she captured. I highly recommend her!

Exceptional photographer
MJ was exceptional. I can’t find words to say how much I’m happy and thankful to have her as my wedding photographer. I can’t see myself doing it with another one. She made everything go smooth and on time. It was really fun to work with her, she helped us enjoy the photo-shooting time and made it stress free. I’m beyond thankful and happy to work with MJ.

Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.

Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding. Don’t worry, this won’t cost you extra.

Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.

Yes, personally I prefer focusing on photography only, however I do work with very talented videographers so you can get the best wedding pictures and video possible.

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a preview image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.

You can expect about 50 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

In my 5 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
