How long will it take to see our pictures?

Your Highlight Gallery is delivered to you and your vendor team within 72 hours. You'll receive your full gallery within four weeks.

How are our photos protected before we receive them?

At minimum, I work with two identical cameras, each writing to dual SD cards — so every image is instantly saved twice in RAW format. Before I even start culling, everything is backed up on two external hard drives. So at any given moment, there are 2–4 copies of your files. It might be a little over the top, but we don’t get a do-over on your wedding day — and I take that very seriously. Better to be safe than utterly devastated.

What’s your back-up plan if something happens and you can’t photograph our wedding?

While that’s never happened (125 weddings and counting), if something truly unforeseen came up, I’d reach out to my trusted network of talented photographers — people I know personally and would feel confident having document your day. You’d still be in caring, capable hands, and I’d still be the one editing your gallery with the same attention to detail. If this is a major fear or concern for you, hiring a second photographer through me would be a built-in backup.

Can you help with our timeline?

Yes, I'll absolutely help create a timeline that aligns with your values, inform you of options, ideas, approaches, and answer any other industry questions you might have. If you have a planner or coordinator, I'll make sure to sync up with them to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Can we order prints or albums through you?

Yes! And it's so easy and customizable! You can order the following directly from your online gallery: prints, framed photos, save the dates, invitations, and albums. You can design your own or I'll be happy to assist.

How will we receive our gallery?

Accepted Answer

You'll receive your gallery through a link where you'll have full access to share with loved ones, download, print, and order mementos. Your photos will be separated into different tabs for easy & enjoyable viewing: Highlight Gallery (delivered within 72 hours) Your Curated Story (my top picks, your complete story, the album you'll likely share) All Photos (every good photo that was taken)

Will our photos have watermarks?

No, you and those you share your gallery with will NEVER see a watermarked image.

Do you offer RAW files?

Accepted Answer

The short answer is yes; however, if I provide them, it's agreed to in our contract that they'll be used exclusively for personal use and if posted online, I will not be tagged or mentioned. The RAWs are delivered along with, not in place of, edited work. I do not charge extra for RAW files and I do not offer RAW file delivery only.

How do you collaborate with other vendors?

I make myself available for pre-wedding meetings with your planner/coordinator, music vendor, etc. After the big day, I send you your highlight gallery within 72 hours and with your permission, I also send that gallery to your vendor team so they can use the photos to showcase their work. In short, I collaborate with your vendors so they're not hounding you for information or access to photos.

Great question! My highlight galleries include a few of my favorite photos from each part of the day- that way, while you're waiting on your full gallery to be delivered, you can still look back on your entire day and not just some parts.
