I am Kinsey, a North Carolina doodle mom and wedding/elopement photographer. While I am based in central NC, I am always down to travel to capture your love story. I absolutely adore quiet nights at home, but don’t be fooled I will fully break it down on the dance floor with you at your wedding reception! My passion is not photography, while yes I love being behind the camera, my true passion is storytelling. I want to tell the story of your wedding day and capture all the love and joy felt in every moment. There is something truly awe inspiring about being trusted to capture images that will be looked at with love by generations to come.

My photography style is heavily influenced by classic film styles. While I do use multiple mediums to capture your big day, 35mm film is by far my favorite. The warm tones and timeless grain fills my heart with so much joy. I like to think my delivered wedding galleries are a perfect mix of crisp digital images and classic film. I want the story of your love to show through every image!

    Kinsey shot our wedding in September 2025 and unfortunately we feel like we did not get the level of quality and service advertised and therefore cannot recommend her in good faith. Our gallery was two weeks late, and it was only received once I reached out multiple times. Once received it was clear things were missing, including the entire section of our bridal party, groupings of family photos, and additional moments from the wedding. We paid for 2 rolls of film, but did not receive that in full. Many of the digital photos, the picture did not feel like the best option (eyes closed, talking, etc.) and this was proven by photos later received. While we have received the promised quantity in full, we have an issue with the quality of photos chosen. I received a couple replacements and some missing photos but it did not seem like the full gallery was looked over. After once again messaging multiple times with no response, her solution was dumping the photos from her second shooter into our gallery for us to go through. Looking through confirmed that so many things were left out, she initially claimed we received “almost 99%” of the photos she took but has since changed that and said they would be looked back over for an additional fee. It has been frustrating to get in contact with her before and after wedding. I had to reach out multiple times to receive a timeline and photos I requested to be taken were disregarded. It has now been months of trying to remedy this with little communication from Kinsey Unfortunately our overall experience has been unpleasant and unprofessional.
