Based in both Colorado & New England! Hey friend, I'm Natalie! I’m here to document the best day of your life in a way authentic to you! I’m inspired by the beauty of nature and the best of humanity. My goal is to give you memories you will never forget. I’m a storyteller and documentary styled photographer first. That means I capture your day in a way that feels like a movie you can watch every time you look back at your photos.

I'm going to start out by being honest. If you’re looking for perfectly posed moments, I might not be the photographer you are looking for. I live to document every moment from the sentimental, to the messy, and downright hilarious. Life isn’t meant to be posed, it’s a collection of moments we curate over a short passage of time. Those moments are never perfect, but they belong to us, and that’s what makes it special.

    Wow, where do I even begin? Natalie was absolutely instrumental in making our day a reality. She helped us not only capture the moments we cared about during our wedding, but helped us actually craft a wedding vision. As a queer woman with two moms who grew up thinking she would never be able to get married, I had never imagined my wedding, and came into the process with little to no vision. For both me and my wife the process was overwhelming, not just because we had never gotten married before (lol), but because many decisions hinged on us having a specific vision for parts of our day (which we often felt unsure about). Natalie was patient with us and answered lots of questions! Throughout the planning process I began to actually visualize our day in ways I had never been able to. She helped us craft a day that was meaningful to us and highlighted the things we cared about. And then we got the pictures! We were absolutely stunned. She captured our day with the elegance and gravitas we wanted. They weren’t just photos - they capture the emotions of the day and the essence of the two of us and our love. My number 1 goal through the process was to feel celebrated on the day of- Natalie helped me achieve that goal and also helped preserve that feeling for a lifetime. Choose Natalie! She’s thoughtful and really wants to celebrate each of her couples and their own unique love stories. I’d choose her again if I could!

    Natalie was absolutely instrumental in making our wedding day more special than we had ever imagined. We really prioritized finding vendors who had experience working with queer couples, people of color, and disabled people - whose portfolios aligned with our values and our wedding party beyond simply stating “all are welcome” on their websites - and Natalie delivered. I have never been comfortable or felt like *myself* in front of the camera because of my flat affect and rigidity (I’m neurodivergent), so I was particularly anxious about having “good” photos from our wedding day. But Natalie’s warm demeanor immediately put my mind at ease, and I was blown away by how our engagement photoshoot went. Having (obviously) never planned a wedding before, my wife and I were a bit overwhelmed by all the decisions and coordination that go into making 100-person party go off without a hitch, but Natalie helped us put together a custom timeline that somehow fit in plenty of photos with our large, loud, blended families, and even an extra photoshoot for my parents! She communicated with all our vendors in advance and kept the entire day running on time. She helped button our dresses and clasp our jewelry, helped us stay present and enjoy each moment while offering direction when warranted. And the photos… Wow. The level of detail and composition of each photo is remarkable and immediately transports us back to our wedding day. We look (and felt!) like we were living in a fairytale. Natalie captured our personalities and relationship so well, from the intimacy of our first look and “golden hour” to lots of laughter with our closest friends. It’s the best wedding I’ve ever been to - of course! - and we couldn’t have done it without Natalie.

    Natalie could not have made our wedding day and engagement photos more special or more perfect. As someone who almost never likes photos of myself, finding a photographer was the wedding vendor chore I was dreading the most. I went into our first conversation with Natalie feeling anxious and honestly a little skeptical that I would love anything. I told her I would be over the moon if I liked even 10 pictures from the entire day. Ten photos. That felt like a big ask. What she delivered was beyond anything I could have imagined. Not only did she immediately put us at ease during our engagement shoot, but on our wedding day she brought such a calm, confident energy that made everything feel effortless. She knew exactly when to gently guide us and when to step back and capture moments as they naturally unfolded. At no point did anything feel forced or overly posed. It felt like us. We received nearly 1,000 photos from our wedding day and I genuinely love almost every single one. She captured the big emotional moments, the quiet in-between glances, the joy on our family and friends’ faces, the details I worked so hard on, and the feeling of the day in a way I didn’t even realize was possible. Looking through the gallery feels like reliving the day all over again. Natalie fully understood my style and what I was hoping for, even when I struggled to articulate it. That kind of intuition is rare and she absolutely nailed it. I will forever be grateful for the gift she gave us through her talent. These are the photos we’ll look back on for the rest of our lives, and I cannot imagine trusting anyone else with something so important. If you’re even considering working with her, do it. She is extraordinary.

    We couldn’t have dreamed for a better wedding photographer. Natalie went above and beyond to listen to what we wanted for our small ceremony - she even helped us organize our ceremony venue at a local land trust. When it began to rain right after our ceremony, she was prepared with umbrellas and helped us move to a covered pavilion for a more weather proof picnic and toast. This was all on top of taking the most magical photos of our wedding. We can’t emphasize how glad we were to find her!
