It beings me joy and pleasure to be a storyteller, with a pure photojournalist approach and style of capture. I navigate my way through the wedding day with a non-intrusive, fly on the wall approach. This is perfect for the couple who wants to enjoy their day and not have to think about it, and spend long periods of time posing. Natural human emotion and interaction, light, shape, composition, and texture are my biggest driving forces that inspire my work. I proudly serve the LGBT community and am a member of the Nashville LGBT chamber.

So Happy
I was really worried about finding a photographer. I generally hate having my photo taken, so the idea of someone taking my photo many times over several hours was not pleasant for me. But Jay made me feel so comfortable about the whole thing. We had a long talk about exactly what we wanted, and it paid off. The photos are lovely, and they tell a story, his specialty. I really cannot recommend him enough.

Our dream wedding
Jay and his assistant were so easy to work with, we communicated thoroughly and he helped me pick the perfect package for our needs. Upon arrival, jay and his assistant introduced themselves in a very professional way to everyone and we all became very familiar with each other rather quickly. He assured me that he would do everything in his power to capture the most amazing images and he did just that. Me and my husband look through our pictures and always get a little watery eyed. These pieces are timeless and breath taking, we recommend Jay to everyone that we know! He captures the most amazing moments!
