We're Josh and Kate — a husband-and-wife wedding photography team in Snohomish, WA. 15+ years, 640+ weddings, hundreds of PNW venues. We shoot documentary-editorial style: real moments, no stiff posing, no pulling you away from your own wedding to manufacture photos. Our editing philosophy, Color Integrity, means your photos look like your day actually looked — not a trendy filter that ages like milk. We publish our pricing, we shoot as a two-person team, and we still get teary during first looks.

Two photographers who are actually married to each other, reading each other's instincts across 640+ weddings. When your partner's voice cracks during vows, one of us has them, the other has your reaction — in real time, not reconstructed. We don't chase editing trends. Our Color Integrity style means real colors, real skin tones, photos that hold up in 20 years. Hundreds of PNW venues deep, we solve timeline problems before you know they exist.

Description

Our incredible travel packages are simple and probably WAY less than you’d expect to pay. Out of state weddings include both Kate & Josh. For continental US, pricing includes travel and includes 10 hours continuous wedding photography coverage with two photographers, digital images with printing rights delivered via digital download, sharing gallery. Other states and countries will incur additional travel costs.

Amazing Team and Gorgeous Photos
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with G Squared Wedding Photography! From start to finish, Kate and Josh were absolutely amazing. Our photos turned out beautiful; every moment was captured so naturally and artistically, and I'll treasure them forever. I was so impressed by the fast turnaround; we had sneak peeks in no time. Kate’s dedication is unmatched. At one point during couple pictures on our wedding day, she was swarmed by hornets. After making sure she was okay, she rallied and kept capturing stunning shots like nothing had happened -- true professionalism! She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, and it was so easy to connect with her. Her husband, and assistant, was equally kind and supportive, making the whole day feel seamless and enjoyable. If you want gorgeous photos, a photographer who genuinely cares, and a team that will go above and beyond for you, G Squared is the way to go!

Fabulous Team
From the first meeting, Kate was a fountain of knowledge and resources. She helped guide us in the planning process and made it so we didn’t have to think about the details on the day of. She is incredibly easy to work with and very thorough, getting all the pictures we could possibly want. On the day of, both Kate and Josh brought a fun and excited atmosphere that got everyone out of their shell and made for some fantastic photos. We HIGHLY recommend Kate and Josh for your big day.

Phenomenal Photography and a Light in the Pandemic
As soon as we met with Kate, we knew we wanted to choose her to do our wedding photos. She was highly communicative with us and when it came to the photo session, she and her husband Josh were so fun to work with. They are easy to talk to and are genuinely enthusiastic people. They make you feel comfortable in front of a camera and provide the much needed guidance and direction for how to pose and look your best self. Our wedding was affected by the pandemic and it was taking a huge toll on us but Kate and Josh were SUPER accommodating and worked with us on making our pandemic wedding a success. We couldn’t be more thankful for choosing such wonderful photographers who delivered not only phenomenal photos but phenomenal customer service.

As soon as possible! No, but really - we are booking 2 years in advance at this point, and peak summer Saturdays are nearly gone.

We post sneak peeks on social media the same day as your wedding or session (unless you're a destination wedding - that's a little different). Full galleries are then delivered at 8 to 10 weeks after your wedding, and roughly 2 weeks after any of your normal sessions.

You can expect about 50 to 75 images per hour of shooting. You have print rights for your images from the moment you sign your contract, and we recommend printing them at Costco or MPix - and photo books through Zno!

We don't at this time, but we do have incredible videographers we love to work with that we can recommend.

Absolutely! I hate that this is a question, but we are 1000% believers that everyone has the right to love whomever they choose, and we are honored to photograph every single love story that comes our way.

Raw, emotive, earthy, passionate, intimate, and observant. We seek out unique perspectives, and sometimes that takes us up a tree, wading in to a lake, or under a table. We fade into the background and document every moment as it unfolds, and then when needed, we can step up and take charge and make sure that we get the photos we need (like those family formals everyone loves).

Since Kate is a certified wedding planner, we know the ins and outs of traditions and creative weddings, and little secrets to add that special touch to your day. With two shooters at every event, you get to see things from multiple perspectives – which means we get the moments you may have otherwise missed.

Our travel fees are minimal and based on true cost. Anything requiring an overnight stay (more than 4 hours from our location), we do require accommodations to be paid for.
