How many pictures will we receive?

Accepted Answer

Wedding/elopement galleries range 800-1100 edited high resolution images. Engagement/lifestyle sessions include a minimum of 40+. It depends on the number of hours and what your day is like! Each image is hand-edited with intention, love and care.

Question 2

When will we receive our photos?

Accepted Answer

You can expect your wedding/elopement gallery in 8-10 weeks. Previews are sent within 1 week of your wedding. Engagement sessions are delivered in 2-3 weeks. If you'd like your photos sooner, please ask me about the expedited fee. Print services are built into your gallery as well!

Question 3

How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

Accepted Answer

Typically, couples book me about 10-13 months before their wedding date. Elopements vary with booking as little as 3 months out. I encourage you to contact me as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame! I take on a limited number of weddings per year to give my couples the best of their experience with me.

Do you also offer video services?

There's no designated videographer on my team as of yet, but I have a referral list of wonderful videographers I can send you! I'm in the process of learning video myself - I do take video clips throughout my sessions/wedding days. A 60 second highlight video can be added onto your collection upon request.

Question 5

Where are you located? Do you travel?

Accepted Answer

I’m based in Kent, Ohio and serve the Akron and Cleveland, Ohio areas most frequently. I've also photographed weddings/elopements in Virginia, California, Tennessee, Utah, etc - so travel is highly encouraged! And if there’s pizza or the beach is involved, then absolutely count me in!

Do you only photograph weddings and elopements?

I specialize in weddings and elopements, but photographing families, maternity, and other lifestyle moments are also loves of mine! It's the sweetest feeling when wedding clients come back to me to document their new and exciting seasons of life.

Question 7

We're super awkward on camera! What do we do?

Accepted Answer

Even as a photographer, I still get nervous being in front of the camera! But don't worry, I will help gently guide you and give plenty of direction for how to move in front of my camera in a way that makes you feel comfortable and confident! No stiff or boring posing either! I promise we're gonna have a fun time and you'll actually enjoy the process as much as the photos themselves.

How much is due to book you?

Accepted Answer

For weddings and elopements, the first payment is a 30% non-refundable retainer and is due at the time of booking as well as contract signature. The retainer is non-refundable as it helps protect my business while turning away other business for your date. The remaining payments are split up into 2-3 installments. You can even set them to auto-pay! The second payment is due midway between booking and your wedding date. The final payment is due 30 days before your wedding date.
